Kind of a rustic hole in the wall atmosphere. Interesting music, playing on the overhead attractive, baked goods in the cupboard on the counter. They have very creative names for the flavors. Reasonable price for homemade ice cream. I’m sure I’ll come back again.

The inside is stellar! The moment I walked in I was greeted with a hello and a smile! I didn’t know what to order as I had never been before. The barista asked me some questions and recommended the iced mocha..it was good but I would try the original iced coffee next time. I definitely will be back!!

Proving Grounds coffee has been such a great addition to Milford. The fresh ground coffee is always great. I also love that I can get other beverages such as matcha and charcoal drinks when the spirit moves me! The avacado toast is one of my favorites in the morning and a cookie in the afternoon. Great atmosphere to meet with friends. Staff is always friendly and service is quick. My favorite place to go in downtown Milford. PS. The ice cream has been a great addition.

As you can see from the pictures posted, The dishes are so yummy and the coffee, particularly the mocha latte is fresh and delish! Walking into the establishment, I can smell the fresh ground coffee even through my mask and settle into one of their unique chairs and really take in the atmosphere. James and his wife has owned this quaint business for a few years and boasts a solid business even during Covid. I have to check out their Northville location which is perfect for all adults but you can bring the kids so they can romp on the upper floor for hours of entertainment and beautiful graphics of the creatures from our oceans. I highly recommend this place! Oh, by the way. I had the Amp. Very delicious and filling. I love the avocado!
