Fantastic lunch with friends this Saturday. We were able to walk-in and be seated immediately. Our server was promptly at our table welcoming us and taking drink orders. Food orders were delivered to our table within 15-minutes; Mac Daddy Burger, Smashburger with mushrooms, Pub Fries, and Tacos. Our food was delicious and filling, our service was attentive and hospitable. Wonderful overall experience and definitely recommend. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This is the first time (since the remodel and new ownership) we have been and it was great. The atmosphere is great- clean and inviting. Our server, (consequently the only guy on the floor) Nick was amazing and very attentive. The food was great portions are big. The Walleye and chips were delicious (not a huge fan of the pub slaw), the smash burger was amazing, and the shrimp dip was very tasty…shrimp is chopped but very apparent. This seems like a nice spot for a quick lunch, or for a great get together for dinner. It also appears like they have Trivia Tuesday..so that may be another adventure! If you want something a little different and definitely not a chain stop by and give this place a try.

First time I’ve been in since the new owners have been operating. The decor is impressive. Great for Apple Valley people, a little much for the regular every day, folk. The food was amazing! I was impressed with the Chili cheese fries and nachos. My son had a burger with Kielbasa in it, and wow! So good! We will be back for the live music! I will ask for a different server as her personality was awful. Lucky for us, she is going back to college. That was our only complaint. The manager came and checked on us.. nice touch. Go in and check them out. I’d recommend calling ahead on late afternoon and evenings.

UPDATE 11/20: we got the Buffalo chicken pizza for take out and it was not good. It’s disappointing. We knew we loved it so much before but this was not great. We asked for no blue cheese and no celery and it looked and tasted like Buffalo chicken nuggets on a cheese pizza…

I’ve never seen employees in the restaurant industry work as hard as these guys do, especially while doing it with a smile. I always go for the live music and there’s never a bad band playing. The outside stage and seating area is beautiful and the staff members are very friendly and work very hard. The Pub is definitely the place to be.

We were very glad we stopped here. I’m not a “bar” person. But we were leaving Mount Vernon late on a Friday night and no where else was open. The place looked packed, but we were seated right away. It didn’t take long to be waited on, and the food came quickly. I had the Fish Tacos and my wife had the Cali Chicken Sandwich. Both were hot and had good flavor.
