The food was alright a bit over priced for one piece of avocado toast (great presentation though) that states in shareable on the menu (definitely wasn’t shareable). I was a bit disappointed to know they do not serve lunch until 1:30pm on weekends (went in right around noon). The service maybe was spread thin had to ask for water 3 times. Normally I’ve gone in after 5pm and usually have a good experience so I was a bit bummed on the “brunch experience”.

My husband and I went here while visiting the Redwoods and the food was unreal. Zack got the meat calzone and it was the BEST calzone we’ve had. Also played pool after our meal which was super fun. Great vibes, great service, def recommend when visiting Arcata!

This place never disappoints. Their burgers are bomb and their cocktails are strong. They have a variety of brews on tap for the beer connoisseurs. There is a jukebox and the music can be a little too much in the large space with bupkis for acoustics. I sit at the bar or the left hand side (facing the front door) of the place or outside on the fenced patio if the weather isn’t being dumb.

Angela is the most attentive, patient, and understanding server in all of the land. She truly makes this place worth going. You can’t go wrong with anything on the menu, including drinks. The mac and cheese is fire, the sandwiches are fire, pizza is fire, and the drinks are made to perfection. 10/10 this is place is where it’s at especially if Angela is your server <3

This place is garbage. We waited 1 & 1/2 hours after ordering. They were out of things that we ordered and the server didn’t know, delaying the process. The server didn’t bother to come check in. When I went to ask about our food she looked lost. She then told us it would be another 25 minutes for the food to come out. Tables seated Way after we were seated received their food. further. Our orders were simple. We witnessed the cooks out talking with their their buddies while our food was not even prepped. Our 5 y/o nephew was waiting for tater tots. We saw them eating food from the order they were preparing and not washing their hands. The absolute worst service I’ve ever experienced! It was our last family activity for my daughter’s graduation from Cal Poly Humboldt and they ruined it. It was truly awful. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE!!

The food is good, the atmosphere is great, but they NEED to do something about the food timing and coordination. The first time our family visited, they delivered our food 30 mins before the kids’ pizza. It was miserable for my hungry 4 and 2 year old kids watching us eat. The second time I came, they delivered the kids’ pizza ,and no joke, 40 mins later delivered the rest of the order.

This is a great location, a wonderful physical space and the food is good, but service is not. We had to ask for our water, utensils, drinks and food. My wine ‘just came up’ when I finally asked about it. And then my food also ‘just came up’ when we asked about that. It seems clear that are server hadn’t checked until we asked. We had to get our own water, utensils and small plates after asking several times. The servers were hanging around taking. On the plus side, our grandchildren loved the kid play kitchen!

Had a wonderful dinner here celebrating my mom’s birthday. The food was great as was the service. Timmaree has created a wonderful place to go to eat and spend time with family and friends. Highly recommend if you haven’t been here before.
