We were expecting a great experience due to the reviews. Unfortunately, we were disappointed . We ordered brisket, pork and ribs. The brisket was dry, brittle, and tasted like sour charcoal. You can see it in the pictures. The pork was 1/2 meat and the rest nasty fat. The ribs were good. The mac n cheese was good but a tiny portion. The potato salad was just a mouthful of vinegar. For the price ($19) you are supposed to get 1/2 lbs meat and a side. It was not worth it. We could not finish our food and left hungry. We will not be going back.

We ate there last night and everything was delicious. Between the three of us, we ordered barbecued chicken, barbecued pork and brisket tostados. Each plate was amazing. Great service and atmosphere. We will return soon. Fort Benton is blessed to have such a great choice of food and if you’re traveling through Fort Benton, don’t miss this place.

Finally got a chance to eat here last weekend and it was worth the wait! We ordered the sampler platter and it was all excellent – the burnt ends were some of the best I’ve ever had, and the brisket and pulled pork were stellar, as well. Plus, Chef Alex and his wife understood and handled all my dietary restrictions. Fort Benton is fortunate to have this spot in town!

This fusion smokehouse is amazing. The food is prepared fresh and the chef has a lot of interesting and delicious flavors in each dish. They are also super accommodating! I overheard a table saying they were vegan and the chef came out and chatted with them and then made a completely unique dish to accommodate their needs. The staff is helpful with anything we’ve needed and are quick to resolve anything when asked. We frequent here and are always completely happy when we leave!

I came in with my Speech and Debate Team of over 20 people shortly before closing. When we asked if they could take us, our response was a enthusiastic, humorous, “How hungry are you?” The service was incredible, and the staff had a great sense of humor. The atmosphere was welcoming and warm, with my team even stopping to take some commemorative photos before we left. Our food arrived quite fast considering the size of our party, and it was delicious. The fries were perfectly salted, crispy, and hot. My Mac and Cheese was creamy and flavorful, without being too rich. With incredible staff, a great atmosphere, and delicious food, I cannot recommend this place enough!
