Staff was great, but food needs more spice. Seemed a little bland. Chicken Shawarma was good. Fried okra was amazing!

Service, meh. Food, there was more gyro wrap than gyro. Flat, no taste, mint tea tastes like it’s been made for awhile, fries, cold. The only good thing about the fries, at least they didn’t try to “refry” them as if they were fresh. Horrible, the MOST horrible I’ve ever had from any purple onion ANYWHERE!!! I wish I could include a picture. It’s paTHETIC!!!!

Stood inside the restaurant for 15 plus minutes and no one came to the front. 3 patrons waiting inside to order, 2 cars in the drive through, phone ringing off the hook. The one young guy in the very back of the restaurant wouldn’t come out and help. Hell he wouldn’t even say hello or anything. Very disappointing.

Paid $10 for a tuna salad plate that is only half of what it should be. $4 for tabooli to find out, after my food was brought to me, that it was wilted and not good. They offered baba ganoush as replacement which I was fine with… then we got home to find the pita bread hard as a rock.Would rate 0 stars if I could. Also, the Lakeview location was out of chicken and tuna (half their menu???), so had to go here. Not again

My wife and I went here tonight. And the outside looks abandoned. The cashier didn’t understand what a 10pc. All flats was. This location is not like the one in homewood or Hoover. SMH sad

I legitimately have no idea how this place stays in business. I hardly ever see another customer here, there’s always a problem like the cook hasn’t come in yet and it’s noon, the order was given out to someone else, or some other general nonsense. The workers are clueless and I feel like there’s just no Management at all.

Multiple occasions location is closed during normal business hours. Sat in drive through line pulled up to order was told just a second. Waited 20 minutes for a response from someone, occasionally asking if anybody was there. While I waited 5 cars behind me left the line, dining room was empty. I don’t see how they can stay open. It was 5:45 on a Friday.

My food was fresh and my fries were hot. I had the gyro combo. There was only one young lady working the drive- thru and the dine-in area. She was polite, professional, and had a pleasant attitude. It wasn’t crowded, even during the lunch rush. Overall, a great fast food option when you’re tired of burgers.

My husband and I stopped at the purple onion and it was not a place I would go back to. Employees weren’t friendly and they messed our order up twice. We paid $30 for our meal and didn’t even get to eat our food. I would not Recommend. I’m not one to write reviews but this place was awful. I order a BLT and they only put 1 piece of what was supposed to be bacon on my sandwich and it wasn’t even real bacon it was turkey bacon which was not advertised.

The food isn’t like the one in Homewood. Breaks my heart because it is so close to my job. Try to recruit a better cook. Thx
