Great new addition to the restaurant scene down in the bubble. Definitely going to become my go to for BBQ – and it’s super kid friendly too! Highlight was definitely the burnt ends, but all the meats were delicious (I tried a bit of lots of things – ribs, brisket, pulled pork, andouille sausage, burnt ends) and the service was EXCELLENT. Can’t wait to go back!

I want to give this place 5 stars, because I want to love them. My understanding is they’re locally owned which I love. The food was almost all really good, amazing sweet potato fries and onion rings. The down side was the service. I’m hoping the owners can work this out. We went on Mother’s Day with a party of 9, arriving at noon. There weren’t many people there, so that could not be an excuse for the slow and poor service. Our server didn’t know the special and didn’t get back with us for over 20 minutes with an explanation of them. She seemed generally indifferent when asked questions. Our food didn’t come until after 1pm which was pretty stressful as we had someone that needed to leave for the airport by 1:30pm. We thought 12pm reservations would give us plenty of time. I would love to try this place again, but am not sure if I could convince my husband to because of the service.

The brisket was really tasty! Very moist with a good flavor! I also loved the beans- they were so delicious! The staff was very nice as well. We sat in the bar area as the lighting in there was more cozy and to my taste (I don’t like it very bright in a dining room) . Overall I would go here again and appreciate that we have a non-chain restaurant in Highland Ranch!

Finally another locally owned restaurant in Highlands Ranch. For that you need to support this business! I thought the food was delicious. The staff was very friendly and fast. We went during dinner hour and it was very busy – which actually made me happy to see them doing well. They had a live musician playing music – it was nice background music – not too loud. Another bonus! too many places have live music than you can’t hear or talk. This was perfect. I see myself going back with my husband to sit at the bar sometime soon. Looked nice and with the windows – airy. Portions were big and great prices. I had the pulled chicken and it came with two well portioned sides. Please support our local businesses!

Went there with my fiance Sunday for lunch and we were very pleased. Food was tasty. Buffalo wings were very good, smoked turkey had a lot of flavor. Brisket was juicy and smokey. Burnt ends were as described; golden nuggets of goodness. Great service and a clean establishment. We will for sure eat here again.

Went for lunch. I had the avocado salad with shrimp. Awesome. Everyone else had meat dishes with sides. The meat and sauce was really good. Sweet potato fries good. Most folks liked the coleslaw, but some didn’t. I personally don’t like coleslaw so I think it is a very personal thing. Great service. Friendly staff. My only complaint is that it would be a hard place for vegetarians but it is a smokehouse.

The decor is nice the floor is open and welcoming. There is a large bar area to the left of the door. The bar has several delicious looking signature cocktails that look yummy. I got brisket which was tasty but a bit cold. My wife got chicken which was stellar. Living in Highlands Ranch I wonder why there isn’t the wonderful smell of smoking meat ever. I have to wonder if it is cooked at their other location. If you go don’t miss the awesome chicken!

The staff here is incredibly courteous and welcoming. If there’s a mistake they own it and make it right, and the time between order and deliver was really short. The prices are typical for a smokehouse and BBQ, but the portions are huge. I haven’t tried everything YET, but my favorite dish so far is the nacho appetizer. We’ll be eating here a lot in the future.

The wife and i decided to give this place a try yesterday. Wife had a cob salad and i went with the brisket bomb sandwich. Wife ended up still being hungry when we left, I had the brisket bomb sandwich and had left overs. Sandwich was big and thick meat was tasty and the sauce they put on it was good. The waffle fries i had with it was delicious and the mac and cheese was great. The server Coconut was great. Overview……great bbq but nothing you can not get at any bbq joint in town. Service was great. I will come back.
