Way too expensive. Hardly any meat, I’m pretty sure no cheese and maybe 2 tiny peppers on a very hard roll. We were recommended by a few people and saw the reviews so now we’re confused if people in Spartanburg know what good food is because we just moved here.

This is one of the few actually authentic Philly style restaurants around. A lot of sandwich shops claim authenticity… but this one lives up to it! The owner is from Philly and he has brought a little piece of Philly with him! The name says it all… The Real Deal! If you’re ever in the area… and you want authentic Cheese steaks or Hoagies… stop in and grab you one!

I’ve been to the so called greats in Philadelphia and this was honestly better, very thin sliced steak and peppers and the cheese was on point. I’ll definitely make this my regular. Im usually picky about my steaks and this one tops the cake!!!

This place has good food. I will eat here again. It is a tad pricey for the amount of food but it is enough to fill you up. The service was ok with room for improvement. The person at the front counter had the lack of emotion like that guy off the dry eyes commercial, and also took a personal call in the middle of taking my order. That’s what made the difference from a 4 star to a 5 star review. The dining are was unique, comfortable, and clean. If it wasn’t for the gps I would have missed it on the way there because the signage is a little busy for the road. But now I know where it is it’s not a problem. Just fyi for first timers. Overall a good place for an awesome Philly!

They must be having a bad day. My Mushroom cheese steak with onion and peppers had almost non of these ingredients 99.9 steak. .1 onion, mushroom and bell peppers combined. Oh wait no cheese. So it was supper dry. At least the steak tasted good. I’m guessing it was just a bad day for them but I will not be back

If you are looking for “the real deal” …. You found it! I’m an Army brat and nothing comes even close to this! The staff is so pleasurable! And they welcome all questions without making you feel stupid. It can be pricey but IT IS worth every penny!

Only thing available on the menu was basically the Philly cheesesteak meat and chicken. Came for an Italian hoagie. Got the real deal. Was not impressed. Was just a big mess of cheese meat and some peppers.
