Started in 2015 in Scotts Valley, California, we had a vision to start a new kind of sandwich shop, where the focus was on quality ingredients and real home-style recipes served with a smile. In October 2019 we decided to carry on that tradition at our newest location in Chico, California .

This place was fantastic. I got the California Club on a sour roll. Typically I find that sourdough rolls at most places taste more like standard French bread. This actually had a bit of tang to it; I was pleasantly surprised. Meat was thick cut (bacon as well) and then lettuce wasn’t shredded. After the first bite I dove face first into the rest like it was the fountain of youth.
