The Reserve had some of the best views from a restaurant on the island. Service was great, but the food was not $50 steak quality. My wife’s filet appeared maybe 4oz and there was grissle in the filet. My $52 ribeye looked great but had little flavor. Drinks were good and the atmosphere in the restaurant was nice. Overall a good experience, but if you call yourself a steakhouse, you need better meat. Not worth the money IMO.

Great views, terrific food, and a very high end experience for a business meal. I enjoyed amazing shrimp and grits, a wedge salad and pecan pie. My colleague chose calamari and was very impressed. The sweet tea was great and their scotch selection was the best on the island.

This is a great location and nice ambience but was a terrible dining experience. Our adventure started out nice enough.. friendly banter with our server going over menu. We ordered and food came out quickly. When our server checked back, she was informed that my partner’s vegetable option was too tough to eat. She turned without a word, and left our table quickly.. I thought to maybe try to correct or bring something else, but nothing… no response. When she came back the next time, my partner informed her that he really didn’t like the dinner. No response except to walk away. My dinner had the promise of something really good.. Eggplant- but unfortunately the eggplant was very salty. The accompanying sauce was amazing but there was nothing to eat with the remaining sauce. Bread was not served nor did it appear to be an item that could be ordered. For a restaurant that advertises as a steakhouse, I was surprised there were only 2 choices for steak. My partner had eaten there twice on a previous trip and had a great experience. Made this dismal dinner more so.

My wife and I went in for supper. They were booked for the night and weren’t taking anymore reservations but said that we could sit at the bar and order our meal. The bartenders were awesome with service and drinks, very knowledgeable on drinks, and our food was flat out delicious.

I must say I was a little hesitant to add this to our itinerary based on the Google reviews. After reading the reviews some seemed a little nit picky, so we decided to give it a shot. We couldn’t have had a better experience or meal. Cameron the waiter was fantastic. The food was even better. The French onion soup was very good and the filet was to die for. I’ve had a lot of filets in my life, this was right up there with the best of them. The wife got penna vodka with chicken and that too was phenominal. We would highly recommend the reserve, in fact we plan to go back for our last night here. It was so good I felt I needed to leave this review to offset some of the negative ones.

We had breakfast included with our room and I still wouldn’t recommend it. Everything is miserably slow. On both days, there were plenty of tables available and it still took 10-15 minutes to sit down and good luck getting service after that. No plates at the buffet, so I had to scavenge around to find a bowl to use. Wait staff was nice and doing their best with the few people they had, but whoever is running this place needs to go.

Our Server Kayon was amazing!! He went above and beyond to make sure our experience was beyond expectations. I definitely recommend eating here and ordering the Reserve Seafood Platter or the Shrimp Scampi.
