Serving all sorts of gourmet American cuisine, the newly renovated Restaurant at Montgomery Bell strives to put quality and thoughtfulness into all the food they make. They use local products when practical, have many healthy options, and even created a new cocktail menu centered on TN products. They also offer great buffets. Breakfast is offered to Lodge guests seven days a week. Nice to be able to enjoy such a great Nashville Hot Chicken sandwich at one of Tennessee’s finest state parks! Evan, the bartender/server, was particularly wonderful as well. Wish there was a bit more coleslaw as that was quite delicious! Even if you don’t have time to enjoy all of the amenities the park has to offer, be sure to have a drink or meal at The Lodge and enjoy the views!

We had a terrific lunch on Mother’s Day, and the food and service were fantastic. The fried chicken, mac and cheese, mashed potatoes were delicious and the triple chocolate cake 5 stars The only negative was we didn’t get to sit in the restaurant due to the special event. However, they had the conference hall set up nicely, and we had a great time.

Amazing SERVICE. LOVE the Lodge! Park is wonderful!! Food was a bummer… Had lunch before check in catfish was visibly raw and difficult to cut. Pulled pork sandwich was super dry. Figured it was a one off. Came back for dinner and it was rough… Birthday girl ordered nachos and got stale chips with un-melted cheese. I got a cheeseburger and was sick all night. Won’t be back.

Went on a recent Sunday morning, just a light crowd. There was one hostess and one waitress, but they were very nice and kept things going smoothly. The food was good. The view and outdoor patio were wonderful… will be even better as the season gets warmer and prettier.

I can’t say enough good things about our brunch! The setting is absolutely gorgeous, and the waitstaff is beyond friendly and went above and beyond for us. The food was amazing with plentiful portions. We all left with leftovers for at least another meal. You must try the fried green tomatoes, 4th Floor Bloody Mary and the Mimosa Flat! We will definitely be back!
