Another amazing dinner. Since they have a new menu weekly, every time we go it’s a new experience, but as always, everything was great. The chef does an amazing job combining so many different flavors that you don’t expect to work, but they just do. The pasta dishes are a great new addition that they started doing. Also, I see some people don’t like that the cooking prep space is open to the dining area, but that’s really part of the atmosphere. The bar seating puts you right next to the chef and you can talk to the staff and see things being prepped. It’s part of the vibe. Also, I love that the location is a very unassuming shopping plaza, makes it feel more unassuming and under the radar.

We visited this restaurant this past weekend and our server Jeremy was awesome! The food was delicious! The only negative is the location and also when you walk in you can see the dishes being done. For the price it should warrant hiding the dishwasher and also consider the location. Overall the food was amazing and the service was fantastic!

Cute atmosphere, waiter was super nice and we felt well taken care of. However the food while not bad by any means, did not impress me. There were copious amounts of garlic in the two dishes I tried, and I’m not a fan of that. They do change their menu often so I’ll be sure to go back and try it again!

10/10 experience! We took my mother in law here and ordered one of everything on the menu. The owner / chef was wonderful as was our server! I’ve been dying to try this place for over a year and the wait was definitely worth it!

Had a wonderful, wonderful experience at the restorative. The food was absolutely divine; imaginative and creative, while still being approachable and appealing looking, everything was beyond incredible. The techniques, the ingredients, and the pure skill made eating at the restorative not just consumption, but an event in and of itself. Beyond good. If they have the Parmesan crème brûlée, get two. It’s absurdly good.

The Restorative is outstanding, and the perfect place to go for a special occasion. I had the halibut, and my husband had the pork, and both dishes were wonderful. The na’an bread, appetizer, and dessert were heavenly as well. I can’t wait to go back again!

A very pleasant surprise for Dunedin. Excellent food and service. The staff was friendly and they worked very well together as a team. The food changes on a regular basis, which is more than I can say about other fine dining establishments. So, if you like variety, that’s a plus.

After wanting to dine here for years, we finally got to go and had a wonderful dining experience. The food was superb, unique, and memorable! Cricket was wonderful and kept the atmosphere perfectly relaxing for 2 exhausted parents looking for respite even if just for a meal. We will definitely be back and will recommend to everyone we know. Also, get 3 servings of the curry butter and Naan! Absolutely phenom!
