I am so disappointed in the service that I received on 8.15.23@8:49pm, on my daughter’s birthday. I spent $98 in this establishment and was missing some items out of my food once I got home. I did what I thought anybody would do when food is missing and call back up to the Rice House. I asked for the manager and a young lady got on the phone and said ma’am I bagged your order and everything was in the bag. I then stated what I was missing and she proceeded to cut me off and say ma’am you the same lady that was in here saying you didn’t have your sauce. I then said ma’am I am not, I literally just left from there. She hung up on me, so I called back and she said the same thing and hung up on me again. So I drove up to the location and the lady said ma’am you the one who asked about your sauce and I told you, you had it. And I said no ma’am that was not me. I said I came in and you were sweeping and another lady helped me and I said nothing but have a great night and left. She said well then I need to see all the food in the bag or your receipt. She finally decided to get me the 2 items that was missing. They were so rude and unprofessional the entire time and I had to wait 20 minutes for pot stickers and 2 crab rangoon. I have a large family and always spend $60 or more at this location. But the service and the way things transpired at this location was so so crazy. I have called up to file a complaint and was on hold for an hour and a half and still no one came back to the phone to assist me. I will not be back to this place again.

Years ago they had great customer service and excellent food quality but as of 2023 the entire staff is unprofessional, lazy and rude the food is absolutely tasteless I recently got a Deluxe St.Paul the only taste was the butter on the bread. The chicken wings still have the hair all over them and the in store prices are $3+ higher than the prices they have online. I would absolutely NOT recommend this location to anyone complete waste of money, time and a trip from west county.

“Overprice House” is more accurate. The jerk chicken fried rice is decent, but don’t come in expecting to taste a difference between the pepper chicken, Mongolian beef, and beef and broccoli. If the names weren’t written on the boxes, I could not have told you which was which.

Well I called the Rice House to order and some how unknownly was transferred to the other location. When the Rep answered I was never asked if I knew which location my food was going to be ready at. Now the shell game brings. Once I arrived I was rudely accuse of calling the wrong location. Once I confirmed the number was indeed for this location. I was told that my call was transferred unknownly to the other location. If you as a rep and business owners are aware of the phone issue. How about saying what location when you are taking over the phone orders. Believe it or not after playing hind and seek with my order. I finally got my food to only run into a second rude rep at other location. That, told me it is my responsibility to ask when calling ” Which location this is by change?” Well surprise this is their responsibility to ensure the customers are aware of where their food is. Try to get in front of the potential problem.

I ordered Philly cheese wonton theyvwere great the cheese sauce is pre-made and sits out and is not hot at all. The employees at the front are sloppy and unprofessional the chicken wings horrible soggy and under cooked the saint Paul was horrible. Ugggh im so disappointed
