The wait staff at the Ridge provided attentive service. The portion sizes are huge and very filling. Entrees also come with a house salad that can be upgraded to a Caesar salad along with a basket of bread and roasted garlic. I was very pleased with my eggplant parmigiana.

This is our go to restaurant. Take out is just as delicious as dining in, however you absolutely miss out on the experience if you do not dine in. Food, service and the atmosphere is repeatedly wonderful. But the roasted garlic is out of this world!!!

We had an amazing dining experience at The Ridge. Duffy was our server and he was extremely attentive, charming and the restaurant is lucky to have him. We sat at a table in the bar and from start to finish we had an incredible meal and really enjoyed our night. The mussels in white wine were cooked to perfection and the broth was delicious. The Italian bread was just like what I grew up eating. Crusty and so soft on the inside. Our entree portions were enough food for 3 people. They were piping hot and so flavorful. This was our first time dining there and definitely will not be our last! Thanks Duffy and the entire team for a wonderful dinner!!

Probably the best Italian restaurant in this area! Hot breads, fresh from the over, fresh, home made mozzarella and Eggplant Rollatine were great! We were served by Dany. She a great server, caring and cheerful. Highly recommend.

Just enjoyed THE best dining experience in the Poconos! The Ridge’s atmosphere was top notch! I can’t say enough about the wait staff-EXCEPTIONAL! Duffy and Brianna made dining with a 3 year old enjoyable. Super friendly and refined service. The food was amazing to say the least! Everything was cooked to perfection. I can’t say enough about The Ridge! Definitely a 5 star dining experience! Highly recommended!

We’ve had some outstanding meals and some okay meals. When they’re on, the food is amazing! The specials are fresh and good. The bartender makes great drinks! One comment though, some of the servers are young and not well trained to really focus on service and the experience.
