We didn’t go there because we’re German but because we liked the quaint interior.

Great place and great server! German food was legit! Fun place to go and lots of niknaks inside to look at.

My Granddaughter and we’re visiting Virginia City, stopped in for a snack, split a Huckleberry Blue Cheese Burger.

Some of the best German food I’ve had outside of Germany. Flavorful, authentic, and made with care. Friendly, accommodating staff. Great experience!

In a tourist town where prices for things just tend to be higher to begin with, this restaurant is wildly overpriced.

We didn’t expect to find a German restaurant here. As a German, I can say the food is good. We came before it got busy and would definitely recommend the place. We were curious how a Germany restaurant made it to Virginia City but the lady wasn’t 100% sure. Very interesting though.

Food is expensive and not great. Sandwiches were mostly dry. The Famous Huckleberry Bacon and Bleu Cheese Burger was tasty, but contained no actual bacon. Sides were interesting. Decor was cool.

Fantastic atmosphere and service! The food and beer were both authentic and delicious.

This was a nostalgic place with friendly staff. The food was awful- wilted salad- overly fried kids chicken nuggets. The food was so basic- not authentic German food- left with indigestion and still hungry. Adding insult to injury they instantly added an in-house gratuity of 1/4 of the entire bill. Was totally “ taken to the cleaners”. Not a good experience and way to expensive.
