Always have a great time here. Usually come for happy hour or day drinking. Their staff are friendly and funny. Their pizza is great. The pulled pork nachos are a must try and the burgers are also really hit the spot.

Excellent wings and at .75 a wing each say until 8 (all night on Wing Wednesdays) it’s a great place for some beers after work – they have a great happy hour until 8.

I usually only go on Wednesdays for Latin night. I like the pizza. It’s great. The service when real busy can take a while to see your waitor/waitress again. The dancing can be fun but it gets crowded so other dancers tend to bump into you while dancing quite often. Just wish the dance floor was bigger.

The Rockwell Tapo House is one of the best hot spot and one of my favorites in uptown Mcallen, TX. Karaoke Monday nights and Beer Pong Karaoke Thursday nights are usually my favorite times to go, after a hard day of work, to wind down and enjoy some karaoke fun. They have good specials through the week on drinks and the brick oven pizzas are amazing! The menu has a great, and tasty variety appealing it any palate.The music is always vibing, the staff is friendly and outgoing. The atmosphere is always relaxing and fun!

The pizza here is underated and addictive. It’s usually way too loud in here but I either have the best time or leave pretty quickly. Sit at the bar, though. The servers need a lot of work but I know they’re also cleaning that up. Good people.

We don’t live in the area but we come stout every now and again. We ate here on 2 espérate occasions. Both times all of our party got their food at different times. Yesterday we ordered an appetizer pizza and wings. Pizza got here first, it was burned! THEN everyone’s other plates started coming in, THEN we got our appetizer, then after we got our wings. By the time we finished the pizza and appetizer other members of our party STILL hadn’t gotten their food!! The fried stuff was super oily which is a good indication that cook was in a hurry and didn’t let the oil get hit enough… Idk how this place gets 5 stars! Food is gross! Have it a second chance, never eating here again!

Terrible service, that got worse and worse each time we went hoping for the best. I swear they must get people to give them 5-stars and/or good reviews…. cause more than twice is no longer a coincidence. We were naive I guess. Nail in the coffin was the embarrassment we felt hyping this place up to a guest from out of town we invited here and being pretty much ignored the entire time, like we weren’t there, when there was only ONE other customer there. Old dudes acting bothered for doing their job when we would have to ask for service after sitting there for over 15 min. while he stood not even a foot from us watching tv and mumbling to himself. Then he would just keep walking past us without making any eye contact, our glasses empty, that we had to ask another dude for service. Then he had the audacity to still try to close out our tab, without asking, just so he can get a tip. Smh. We learned our lesson, we are never coming back, and we will be sure to share our terrible experiences with others.
