Awesome place for take out Indian rolls. My favorite is Aachari fish and Mutton masala. Add eggs for sure. Chutney sauce is also addictive. The roll is pretty much spicy but it’s something that most of us can handle. You can choose 1-3 rolls but I usually go for 2 rolls and that’s still pretty much filling. One bummer is that it’s super busy at lunch time due to lots of folks from amazon.

The got a variety of food to serve. I usually get a roll pod which consists of 2 rolls with fillings of your choice. If you’re a vegetarian, I’d suggest Achaari Aloo and Paneer masala. Since it’s located in between many Amazon offices, it’s quite busy during lunch hours. So the minimum wait time could be 30 mins, and should be planned accordingly. Food quality is very good. I live around that place, so usually take it home and enjoy eating it. I’d recommend taking Mango Lassi as well, in case you wanna beat the heat!!!

My office is close to this food truck and I was craving Indian so I tried it. This is my review after visiting this place for two times. The staff is great but the food isn’t.

These cylinders are packed with flavor. It’s like an Indian version of a Gyro. Delicious.

Chilli Chicken rolls are always consistent with taste. They have a restaurant in Bellevue but i think the rolls from this food truck location taste better. Just wish they didn’t run out of chili chicken so often.

The UW Dept of Psychiatry hosted a company picnic with food trucks. One of them was the roll pod food truck. I can’t remember what my husband had but he said it was delicious!
