So glad we decided to try this place. An impromptu early dinner date turned into a beautiful experience. We showed up early on a weekday with no reservations and was lucky enough to still grab a seat outside. I love that this place is just small plates and really great drinks. I’m always a fan of trying lots of things when I go out because I just love food so a few small plates to share was perfect. We tried the filet with risotto, the burnt ends, and the duel of tacos. Everything was delicious, perfect cooked, and well plated. The drink menu was absolutely fantastic with lots of options. I decided to start with the whiskey flight, it had a great range of flavors and nice smokey sweet contrast between the different whiskeys offered. Between the small plates we enjoyed and the whiskey flights it was a great combination of different flavor profiles.Then came dessert, wow! We indulged and got the tiramisu and the turtle ice cream cake. Both were delicious but, the ice cream cake from man on the moon candies was absolutely amazing. It was creamy, well balanced with different textures and flavors, it was so decadent. (We even adventured across the street and bought some goodies from the candy shop before heading home.) With dessert I enjoyed the pecan old-fashioned, it was a perfect sweet after dinner drink that complemented the desserts we ordered. In all the service was great, the meal was beautiful, well balanced, and clean. The best part while enjoying our dinner and the view surrounding us a Bald Eagle flew by! So in all we couldn’t of asked for a better night out.

We had a fantastic experience last night. Sat inside (obviously) due to weather, but I highly recommend their outdoor seating as well. Make sure you CALL AHEAD so you can get in as they get quite busy, even on week days.

Totally enjoyed our visit here. The staff (Adam) was attentive and professional. His service was very good. The food was delicious as were the drinks. Plenty of choices on the menu in perfect proportions. The outside patio was comfy and the views were great ! Headed back in a few weeks.

We took my mom here for a birthday celebration on a Saturday and it was the first time for all of us, but definitely not our last! Everything was top notch, from the hostess who greeted us at the ground floor and escorted us up the elevator to our table to our wonderful server Olivia to the delicious and abundant food and drink (which was priced right!) We were even treated to a complimentary champagne toast for the birthday girl! Don’t let the small plates and tapas style of the Rooftop Lounge deter you from checking them out. Everything was delicious and we all left their stuffed and happy. You can’t beat the view either. I was born and raised in Oswego and it took me 50 years and this special place to see some of the most beautiful views of my hometown! Be sure to make a reservation and prepare to have a wonderful experience. I can’t wait to go back and try some of their other offerings!

This place is incredible! I went with a group and we started with the charcuterie board which was beautiful and delicious. I had the French Onion soup and a grilled cheese sandwich which were savory and warmed my soul. To finish our meal, my group and I shared a slice of turtle icecream cake.

I always recommend the Rooftop when friends from out of town visit! Every drink and small plate that I’ve ordered have been spectacular. Most recently, we visited during Haborfest to watch the fireworks and had a wonderful time! We had to wait a bit to be let up due to Rooftop being quite busy, but it was well worth the wait. We were able to sit outside, and despite it being a little chilly and windy, the fire kept us warm and the staff kindly brought us blankets. We split a delicious flatbread, ahi tuna, and truffle fries that were all amazing. The cocktails were delicious, service was excellent, and the view was great!

5 star service and food. Took my wife for our anniversay to this establishment. Wow. Beautiful view. You have to take the elevator up to the lounge. I was impressed, very elegant, but warm and cool looking. We felt special. We were spoiled by a excellent staff and our waiter Robert was a pro. Very nice and took great care of us. He recommended the burnt pork tips and they were scrumptious. We tried 4 small plates at fair prices to sample the flavors. It all tasted high end gourmet like Gordon Ramsey created it. The risotto was perfectly cooked. The duck dumplings were yummy and the filet medallions melted in your mouth. We delighted in all the delicious flavors. We enjoyed it so much. I recommend this place for sure. Great for a date and or to bring company to impress. Fantastic view, cozy, affordable and adorable. Make a reservation today.

Crowded haha but worth it for the views at sunset alone! There was an event going on and half of the rooftop was shut down so that made it extra crowded. It kind of emptied out as the sun was down.

Refreshingly pleasant surprise of a dining experience in Oswego, NY. Well trained & attentive professional staff. Uniquely exquisite views from the whole restaurant & 2 outdoor rooftop patios. Upscale cocktail program & well made drinks. Very tasty fare. Raved about the duck dumplings. Ahi tuna was just a touch over-done & too firm. Reservations recommended. Great for water & sunset views. I’ll 100% be back.
