I had lunch today with my wife and we are both very pleased with the food (I had the Southwest sandwich and my wife had the chicken fajita salad). Portions were generous and staff friendly and attentive. We were passing through Ignacio on our way from the southwest and found this place to be a small town treasure. I recommend that you make this place a stop on your travels.

Best green chili burger I’ve ever had, margaritas were delicious too, and you could tell they make them fresh to order (I’m a bartender so it takes a lot to impress me). Service was spectacular (thanks Joe). Got a look at the kitchen when I was walking by and it looked very clean, cooks were all wearing masks and gloves. 10/10 would recommend!

We truly appreciate the great care you are taking to respect the rules, and the local community! We appreciate all you do! I know it has added extra steps, and difficulty to your jobs but tonight you all worked graciously, professionally, and kindly – your care for your patrons and community was awe-inspiring!
