Another good BBQ place. The burnt ends were good. Not fatty. The sausage though was awesome! Onion strings were good, but the vinegar slaw was nasty. Almost tasted like cleaning chemical. They need to offer banana pudding to complete the menu, right? I’ll be back.

This place was pretty chill, the people were nice and patient. The only reason I’m taking away a star is because they shut down the soda machine before all of the customers were gone from the lobby. I understand we came in the final opening hours but at least wait until all customers are gone. There were people still coming in ordering food but couldn’t get drinks.

Got a barbecue baked potato for my wife. Asked for chopped brisket and everything on the potato. My wife didn’t like the brisket much. She said it didn’t taste fresh and wasn’t really chopped much at all. More like small slices. Also, no one mentioned when I picked up the potato that they didn’t include any barbecue sauce and that I needed to pick some up by the door if I needed any. Who makes a barbecue baked potato with no sauce? They don’t even do that in Texas, and Texans usually don’t need sauce because the barbecue is that good!

We liked the mac n cheese, the ribs (super tender) and the cornbread. Burnt ends were just ok. We did not care for the brisket (tough and fatty) or the beans.

Wife and I decided on having bbq for dinner tonight. Tryed The Rub on ridgeview the service was fast and very helpful. The price was as expected these days. Wife had pulled pork sandwich with creamy coleslaw the sandwich was about 6.5 rating with sauce with a 1 bad to 10 amazing rating scale. The coleslaw about 5.5 rating. I ordered the #3ribs and brisket platter with carolina coleslaw. The ribs were a 7.0 not bad good flavor could have been a little warmer. The brisket 6.0 a little on the dry side. The carolina coleslaw a little bland 5.5. The sauces #2 types offered not bad 7.5. Overall not to bad bbq. Will come again to try lunch specials

This location is near a large youth sports complex. I imagine the set-up for ordering food, payment, drinks station and the mix of small and large tables with a large reservable dining area works very well for their hungry sports teams customers. I ate dinner on a Friday night after what I imagine was a very busy dinner rush. As a first-timer, I ordered the #2 Combo with burnt ends and cole slaw. The slaw had a texture and flavor that I really enjoyed, when salted and peppered to my taste. It was cold and tasted fresh. I really appreciated it! The burnt ends…um, they were improved when I soaked them with their sweet sauce mixed with their hot sauce. These burnt ends were likely too long in the buffet food warmer. But, I was thankful they were lean rather than fatty. Extra credit for the rolls of paper towels on the table. The meat was a serious disappointment for a KC BBQ joint. But, I will return to try their ribs and MORE slaw, in hopes that I
