Update: It’s always great to eat with good company. For Mother’s Day, we’ve visited some farms. By the time everyone was hungry, we dropped by for a tasty lunch. Today I tried the Big Apple. To my surprise, the wrap was light and I could finish the whole thing! That’s the magic of fresh food and fruit. I enjoyed the goat cheese immensely- what a great flavor combination with the fruit and ham.
