My husband loves their smoked Halibut that we discovered over 10 years ago. So after we got off our cruise we decided to have lunch here. You order at the counter and wait for your food to be delivered to your table. Honestly, the smoked fish is delicious and their Halibut and chips was very good too. Staff was friendly and our food was hot when we got it. I would definitely come back and highly recommend it.

Wish I could do a 3.5 star. Most people there were mistaking this place for the “Crab Pot” as the sign outside appears to indicate the location. Good for the Salmon Cooker for having that prime real estate! The Clam Chowder was good and they had good seating outside. However, you’ll need to decide if the quality is on the same level as other Seafood restaurants in the area.

The crab I had was okay as I don’t think I’d order it again. Not a lot of seating so you’ll need to be fortunate with finding a place to sit on busy days. Looks like the sandwiches were very popular and I had regrets going for my crab. Lots of seafood restaurants in the area so I hope the competition will improve the quality!

Staff was very immature, unfriendly, and acted as though we were an interruption to their non-work related conversation. No suggestions were made and no insight on their offerings. Non welcoming environment. Food was subpar. Oysters on half shelf were tiny and mediocre. I asked for crackers and two packs were thrown onto the tray. The smoked salmon sandwich wasn’t as flavorful as expected. The bread was just plain. The fish and chips were hot, crunchy, and good although I would’ve preferred a tiny bit of seasoning (salt) on the fish. Expensive for the quality of the food and to top it off, the service was horrible. Will definitely not return. Previous poster was correct they have prime real-estate which suggests a great meal, but their service and quality of food doesn’t match the location. Management should consider training front staff on how to adequately service customers. Current team of non caring, inefficient, “just there for the check” young people will shut this business soon.

Wasn’t busy when I went. I just got a bowl of clam chowder and it was enough for me for a quick meal before hopping on the Argosy Cruise. Liked all the open seating they had.

Food was good. I really liked the clam chowder. The fish and chips was mediocre. Fries weren’t the freshest but we got the fried cod and it was tasty. Best part of the dish was the tartar sauce and malt vinegar. Severs were kind enough to fill up my water bottle.

The clam chowder is fabulous here, and the sourdough bread is perfect – great flavor, crispy and chewy! We also ordered the crispy fish tacos and crispy fish sandwich and thought both were delicious! Rivals anything we’ve had in San Francisco!

The fisherman’s soup has an abundance of spicy sausage salmon nowhere to be found. Crab toast has cheese that overwhelms. Order took forever I really wonder why, the bread was cold the soup was just there in a hot pot. Very disappointed and kids at the counter who don’t know anything. No clear menu very deceiving. A plastic bag to go was 0.18 and there’s a 3% surcharge for some reason.

First time I ate here and I was so disappointed!!! I saw you had salmon fish and chips and ordered them with Jojos and the price on menu was $4 cheaper than I got charged. I also ordered a bottle of water and so after I paid I said do I get my water here? The guy said there wasn’t a water on the order. The guy taking the orders should really listen and make sure he has everything correct! Then I get my food and it was terrible worse salmon fish and chips ever!! Full of grease like dripping out grease, I was hungry so I ate 2 of them! Wish I ordered the cod instead. Then when the lady came out with my food I said I ordered Jojos and she said those are! They looked like fries to me. I said ok can I have ranch? She said I will see what I can do, obviously that was to hard because she didn’t even go look for some and just kept bringing food out. My stomach hurt so bad! We should have went somewhere else. My server was Julian and she needs to have some more training in customer service. The cashier Ricardo was very nice and gave me a glass of water. The person taking the orders I’m not sure who that was but I was there Saturday August 19th at 1:00pm so you can look and see who that was but he needs to be trained better. I am also wondering why I have to pay a surcharge on top of your high prices?? If your reading this do not come here! Go to the Crabpot or Ivars!
