We always love everything we get here! Food is fresh and good and the place is clean! The only suggestion I have is that maybe the employees could be a little more friendly. Other than that, I highly recommend!!

I have never been so annoyed as I am tonight! My daughter drove 21 minutes to get 2 orders of burned shrimp and a tiny salad not prepared the way we asked where are the fries? We paid $43 for terrible food! We will never patronize this business again! Thank you my son and I will not be eating dinner tonight!

This used to be one of our favorite spots in Columbiana. We have spent a lot of money in this establishment. We have been eating here since they were over by Arby’s. It is sad to say, we will NO LONGER be wasting here until the current management is changed.

Heard mixed reviews, so checked it out myself, and glad I did! The bread was fresh and soft, with flavorful and fresh ingredients. The wings were crispy without being crunchy and the wing sauce was great; not pictured, the surprise garlic toast that comes with them. The kids also devoured their mini-meatball subs, with the oldest proclaiming it was “one of a kind”. The interior of the restaurant itself is pretty old and service seemed fairly uncoordinated, but everything I saw food wise looked delicious.

The lady that took our order was great but the young men in the back apparently weren’t in any mood to make our subs. Took forever and when we got home there was hardly any meat and a few pieces of lettuce. Won’t be back.

Updating this review 4 years later. This place has just continued to slide into the gutter. Portions, quality, attention to detail have all gotten even worse, as prices continue to go up. Inedible chicken, 3 onion rings for 4.50$, stale bread. Meanwhile theyre using KFC bags for carry out. Probably going to be done with the Sandwich factory. It’s sad, because I remember looking forward to coming here as a child or teenager. The only thing keeping this place in business now is a lack of other local options.

Amazing sandwich shop. They made me a ribeye steak sandwich with onion peppers and mushrooms. The freshest sandwich roll I ever had. Can’t wait for my next visit.

Filthy (this place is so dirty it looks like they haven’t cleaned in months), horrible service (they are very slow even with lots of help and they never get your order right) and overpriced for subs with hardly anything in them. Don’t waste your time going here. It is not like the original location in Austintown.
