This place is fantastic! I’m in town for work and wanted to eat somewhere local. Run, don’t walk to this spot. I got the club and some enchilada soup, both were amazing! The warm, fresh bread is straight fire!

I’ve been hearing about this place on social media and really wanted to try it out. Before leaving the Permian Basin. The first thing I have to say about this place is that it’s real easy to find and has plenty of parking. I beat the rush hr from 11 and although there was plenty of people the line went by pretty fast. Upon entering the establishment they have a table with the paper orders that you have to fill in before going to the cashier’s. The paper order includes EVERYTHING (type of bread, condiments, veggies, soup, appetizers, dessert) bu does not list the prize. For first timers like myself it was a bit out of the ordinary but I liked the experience. The customer service was excellent, all the people working are mostly “seasoned” individuals and you can tell this place has been a favorite for many years. I really appreciated that despite previously filling out an order they cashier’s took time to review with the client, this was good for a first timer like myself that wasn’t sure if they were ordering correctly. I ended up ordering to go due to Covid worries but I do wish I had been we to eat I side because the sandwhichery has a really nice view of the buildings in Odessa. Nevertheless, my order was ready fast (less than 10 mins) and I was able to go eat. The tomato basil soup was AMAZING, even in a hot day it was delicious and heart-warming. The size was small but it still filled me up enough to the point that I couldn’t finish my sandwhich. Now the turkey sandwhich I ordered was HUGE! It had plenty of veggies and turkey and was made with wheat bread. I had never tasted wheat bread like that but I enjoyed it as well. Next time I will definitely order the Jalapenos. Overall I can see why this is a Permian basin favorite it was a great experience

I understand they probably get in a hurry but to the lady who got in trouble for not seeing the red pen i had marked on my paper my bad. Didnt mean for anyone to get yelled at for missing something. Food was ok though. Bread falls apart really fast. Cheese cake was meh as well.

I was excited to try it based on the reviews. I was disappointed. The flavor was very plain. The bread didn’t have a good flavor.

Great sandwiches and desserts, but my favorite item is the stuffed jalapeños. I wish I knew what brand of jalapeño’s they use.

The most amazing sandwiches a person will get. The only thing that I don’t like is the hours. And how far other side of town. If I could eat these for lunch and dinner I would!
