We were in Dover and needed a place for lunch, and i thought my kids would enjoy the food options here. I was right! It was kid and adult approved.

We are visiting New England and wanted to try the Sassy Biscuit. It did not disappoint! Cute location, friendly service and delicious food! I had the “cobbler”. A waffle with blueberries and lemon. So yummy! My husband had biscuits and gravy. He loved it, especially with their mango hot sauce.

In town for a few days and ended up doing a little food tour. Found this place on googlemaps and it blew us away!! We ordered the avo toast, kitchen sink, cobbler waffle, vanilla cardamom latte, coconut cold brew, mexican mocha latte….and we loved it all!! I’ll recommend this to everyone and will definitely be back.

Cute breakfast/brunch/lunch spot. The mimosa flight is a must-have for a fun brunch. The spacious dining room is comfortable and makes a great place for brunch with the gals or a coffee working session. Biscuits are drop style and a little crumbly so biscuit sandwiches are a little hard to eat….but they’re yummy so we’ll let that slide.

WOW! I am not from this area and have never been here before. This place caught my eye when looking for breakfast options and did not disappoint! The cashier was very friendly, the restaurant was beautifully decorated, the food came out quick, and it was amazing food. I don’t think i’ve ever had a breakfast that good. I got the cobbler and I couldn’t recommend this dish more to you. It’s a very large restaurant and we were the only ones in there at that time. It definitely deserves to be full of people! 10/10 and going back again before i leave. Oh, and the latte was great too!!!

We had a fantastic time at Sassy Biscuit in Dover. I tried the egg and cheese biscuit sandwich and the cobbler waffles and both were amazing! We will definitely be picking up some biscuits to take home. The atmosphere in the restaurant is super cool and the service was great. Everyone is super kind and we will definitely be back again! I highly recommend for anyone in the area.

Not my type of food, scrambled eggs had some type of herb, potatoes too much pepper and too many other spices, bacon was sweet tasting so I only was only able to eat the toast. The server was slow and not well trained. They didn’t even have any jelly for the toast. The other two people with me also did not like the food.A little pricey as well. $52 for 3 of us and we had to go else where to eat cause we were still hungry since we didn’t eat the food.

Food was good, service was lacking, wait for food seemed longer than it should’ve been. The decor is strange. Won’t get into it on here but you’ll see what I mean if you go there

Fantastic Banana Bluebury pancakes. Others had biscuit based breakfasts equally as good. It is called the Sassy Biscuit. Nice ambience.

Been wanting to eat here for forever and finally was able to do a take out order. Best biscuit I’ve ever had! I got a breakfast sandwich and my partner got eggs and hash and loved his as well. Will to be back to dine in, but great for a breakfast on the run too!
