Whenever My husband and I try a new restaurant, we like to share whatever we order, so that is what we did with our very first order at this establishment. My husband absolutely loved the pulled pork. I don’t care that much for pulled pork, but I thought it was delicious, it included pickels and onions. We purchased 2 sides, coleslaw and potato salad. The potato salad does not taste like traditional ps, but it tasted really good, the veggies in the potato salad had a nice crunch. The coleslaw had the right amount of liquid (wasn’t soupy and dripping with each bite) and tasted fresh. I can’t tell you what their bbq sauce tastes like because we did not get any with our order. I would recommend this establishment if you haven’t been. On their menu, it states to call your order in. There is no dine-in.

Brisket sandwich with the cilantro lime cole slaw, freaking fantastic! If you’re in the area, grab a plate and enjoy. Bark on the brisket was a punch of flavor, delicious all the way through. Not surprised when I was told everything done in house. Seriously, get over to the Saucy Pig and chow down!

It was awesome! I love bbq. We are not around there often. It just so happened that we were driving around looking for a place to eat. When we passed The Saucy Pig. Drove to the dollar store. When my husband got back in i told him I googled it and it looks good. So we drove back. After getting home with it, It was amazing.

Called at 5:20. Person that answered asked me to hold then immediately threw the phone down without waiting for me to answer. Sat on the phone for OVER 8 minutes listening to chopping noises and taking. No one came back to take my order. Realize it’s a Saturday night and they were busy. Hung up. Tried to call back about 5 minutes later. Tried for about 10 minutes to call back phone was off the hook. Husband finally got through and the person put him immediately on hold. He sat there over 5 minutes. Then the rude person on the phone got an attitude! Asked to speak with owner ( i think rude kid above was a relative) he acted like it wasn’t a big deal. Terrible service love their food but it is not worth the trouble.

DO NOT come here for a burger. When they announced they were now serving burgers, we wanted to finally give them a try. My expectations weren’t super high, but being a small local BBQ place, I thought I’d at least get something of decent size and at least well-seasoned. Nope. It was pretty close to exactly what you’d get from a Lion’s Club/church fundraiser tent at the state fair. Plain, unseasoned thin single patty, single slice of cheese, plain bun. That’s it. They said there would be vegetables on the side (lettuce, tomato, etc)… We didn’t get any at all. Super disappointing, especially for such a small business.

This is a great local BBQ joint. Drive through only. Call ahead to order your food. I had the 1/2 lb pulled pork and 1/2 lb chicken. It was really juicy and tender. I will be back again to try out other things. If you’re in the area I’d highly recommend. Keep up the good work.
