Very good food and grear service. Easy to find and handicap accessible. A lady held opem the door for us when we came in and the wait staff where grewt and very helpful. A bit pricey but very worth it. It was delicious.

I had an excellent meal with friends at the Sea Captian. The food was well prepared and very tasty–especially the scallops! The place has been renovated and the new look is clean and aesthetically pleasing. I especially liked the friendliness of the staff. We had an outstanding waitress too! You will like this place so please go!

Absolutely loved this place! It was my first time eating here and I would definitely come back. The staff was extremely friendly! The food can be a little on the pricey side but you get a lot of it, so it’s worth it. We will definitely be back! Thank you for you’re amazing customer service and good food!

My wife and I ate there two nights ago. We went out early to get a good seat. The waitress we had was very sweet. The food came quickly and was fresh and very tasty. The crab cakes were delicious as were the hushpuppies. We will be back….

This place is awesome!! The food is great and fresh!! The staff is completely courteous and fun and they do everything within their power to make sure that you have a good and pleasant visit. The food reminds me of when I lived in Florida and was used to getting fresh seafood. The portions are great and the atmosphere is fantastic I definitely recommend this place to anyone who Love’s Seafood and wants to have a good visit.

Pleasant service from all staff. Sirloin steak was extremely fatty, at least half of it was fat. Chopped steak was ordered under Medium and was served Well done. A new chopped steak was offered and it was cooked to order. The salads were normal size portions. The dressings were very good. Our server did her best and was very gracious in accommodating us. Not sure if we will ever try again. Wasn’t the quality we expected for the price we paid.

There were three of us in the party. I had a steak burger that was plain – not much flavor – with ‘deck fries’ which were just regular fries. My friend had broiled shrimp and said they were OK but she’d had better. The third member of our party made no comments. The staff are friendly but the kitchen gets backed up easily and we had a fairly long wait to get our food. I also feel it is rather pricey – my burger and fries was$8.99, the shrimp was about$13.

Stopped here for early dinner for first time and the food and service was amazing! Best seafood I’ve had locally. Owner/Manager was super friendly and very gracious! I will definitely be going back. Thank you so much for a wonderful dinner!!

I have been wanting to try the sea captain for awhile now…i love good seafood! First, the positives: The inside is very nice with a fresh homey feel. The staff seems pleasant and our waitress was wonderful! We ordered the bacon cheese fries appetizer that was $6.95. They were good but nowhere near enough fries for that price. Very small portion. The salad I had was very good, all fresh and good size. I had fried oysters with a baked potato. The oysters were delicious! The potato was a little tough but was edible. My husband had jumbo shrimp, clam strips, sweet potato casserole and corn on the cob. The shrimp were kinda small but ok, the clam strips were good, corn was good and the sweet potato casserole was Yummy!! My son ordered the kids hamburger meal ( I know right!) The burger was undercooked (pink in the middle). We let our waitress know and she asked if we wanted to replace it and we just asked that it be taken off the bill, which it was. His mac-n- cheese was really good tho! Sadly, the hush puppies left a lot to be desired ☹. I think the prices are what they should be for a seafood restaurant, nothing really jumped out as overly priced (except the cheese fries for the portion amount). Best of luck sea captain!

Well it was my first time in since they took over. Owner, I assume but never introduced or informed, was most friendly and professional. Menu prices were so expensive that I had to order sides. The baked potato was obviously left over! It was old and dry but I ate most of it anyway. The fries could have been cooked longer as they were just barely warm and had that uncooked taste. I buried them in catsup. Best of all was the hushpuppies! The tartar sauce was delicious. My waitress was friendly and sincere. I enjoyed the fresh brewed coffee. After I tipped 3.00 my bill was nearly ten bucks. I doubt I go back because of the high prices. Difficult for a one income family to eat there. Even the desserts were high dollar. However, they looked delicious. Hope the best for this establishment. Best to you all.
