I should’ve paid attention to the reviews. We were looking for a convenient stop on our road trip. This place is horrible. When we arrived there was no one there and the parking lot was filthy with trash and hair weave. A young lady pulled up as we were pulling in so we asked her about the food and she said it was good. Lies. Our order was incorrectly taken by what appeared to be children. The quantity of the food did not match the prices. The seasoning was off. Of the party of 4 my daughter was the only one to enjoy her meal which was hot wings and Cajun fries. We didn’t receive table service because we had to ask for everything. No one refilled drinks or checked on us unprompted. The place has potential but needs a lot of work.

Recently been here , food was good , service was good , BUT THE BILL WAS INCLUSIVE OF 18% tip, Be careful when you pay it , above all they had gratuity mentioned to be added as an option!!!! Is the bill LEGAL? , adding tip with no choice given to the customer that too 18% , I may have to consult attorney or department concern about this billing, personally I feel tip is customer’s choice, no one can force it.

This was our first time coming into the establishment we was recommended a different location but we stopped here due to time and distance since we had to be back on the road after the holiday. We order the catfish now that I read some of the reviews we should have went to another location. The catfish was raw it literally fell out the breading casted around the fish and was mushy. We asked for it to be remade only to receive the same thing undone again. I respectfully asked to speak to management because at this point our dinner was ruined. I personally would not return back after this experience we should have took it as a no go when the parking lot was completely empty and Applebees next door lot was pack with cars.

Waiter seemed to be discombobulated. It took forever to get our food and orders were mixed up, also had issues with tickets. All of the food tastes the same and was cooked too hard and not hot when it reached our table.

Never been a problem before but I see new faces. It’s been over 15 minutes since I walked in the door, walk to the restroom, and made it to the bar to have 2 beers. There are two people behind the bar, one is seated and eating while behind the bar and the other is getting orders, I guess from call ins and waiting other side of the bar. Meanwhile, I’m sitting here writing this review. And no one knows I’m even here it seems while I sit visibly at the very same bar that one employee is seated having a meal.
