I recently visited this restaurant and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. While the food was okay, the restaurant was almost empty and the atmosphere was not pleasant. The place had a strong odor and the restrooms were in poor condition and not clean. I hope the management takes steps to improve the overall experience for future diners

This location (Hoover) was EVERYTHING from the customer service to the food to me walking out the door. Chrisite (I hope I spelled her name right because that’s the spelling on my receipt) was very attentive, patient, nice and displayed 100% exceptional customer service. My girls and I fully enjoyed!!!

Our intended destination was closed, so we made a detour and found this new seafood restaurant instead. Boy am I glad we did! The atmosphere was fun, and when they brought you a big aluminum bucket with bibs and gloves “just in case they were needed”, well you knew you were in for something special. The food did not disappoint. The batter on my fried shrimp was thick with just the right amount of crunch. I will be back to try more of the menu.

I gave them a 4 star before but now I dropped it to one star. Today our order was so bad. The crabs was old and the meat was so hard to pull, the food was tasteless not like always. Even their shrimp was old, you can tell that the food was just reheated and was not fresh at all. The sauce and the spices were not enough. Was very very disappointed today.

Tried this place for the first time last night (delivery) and it was outstanding! I ordered the single bag boiled crawfish and an order of hush puppies. The food was delicious and hot and they also sent a spicy sauce that was to die for. I will definitely be ordering again!
