Loved this place. It’s like a better (tbh a tad more expensive) version of five guys. The Sear sauce is interesting and I liked it. Burger was very flavorful! The Nutella shake was top notch as well. I liked the homemade pickles they had out.

Our new favorite burger place. Get your own burger, share some fries and a shake. So glad this place opened up!

We haven’t gone on an extensive quest for the best burgers in the area but the shack does a great job if you want a thin style burger with lots of frond flavor (caramelized beef bits) if you want a thick burger cooked rare this is not the place. They do use a very good bun and the fries are another plus. Very simplified menu which allows them to focus on their quality. Nice clean seating and one of our favorites so far!

I bought a cheeseburger, fries, and a vanilla milkshake for $14.59. Was it worth the money…that is the question. At that price you would expect gourmet “All the way”, but was it? No. I could have bought 2 Wendy’s meals for the same price as 1 meal from Sear Shack, and to me, Wendy’s is better. Was their shake worth $5.49? Way to much for a shake. Yes, their fries was good, but their hamburger? Best in Memphis? Not by a long shot.

Simple menu. Burgers and fries. Feels like a food truck’s menu in a brick and mortar location. They don’t do much, but they do it really well. The burgers are delicious and the fries are tasty. The bacon cheese fries were a little much and I’ll probably not order them again. Don’t miss the pickles near the drink station. They’re awesome.

Delicious beef burgers, hand-formed, with house-made buns. Add a very generous serving of fresh-cut, skin-on fries, and maybe a soda, and you’ve got a great American meal. Considering the high-quality ingredients, the prices are quite reasonable. Don’t look for a classy presentation; they save money by serving the burgers in paper wrappers without plates. But the taste at the low price point combine well with the down-home style.

I ordered the biggest burger, the salted caramel milkshake, and fries and all were 5 stars! I liked the thick bacon and the crispy onions on my burger. The bun was really fluffy and fancy too. You could tell the fries were cut fresh and didn’t come from a freezer and my milkshake was perfect in every way too!

I come here almost every week for my burgers. I am never disappointed. The neat is premium beef. You can tell the difference. Everything is made from scratch. The employees greet you with a smile. I’m really glad I found this place so I won’t have to eat other fast food burgers

Arguably the one of the best burgers I’ve ever had. Great Collierville decoration makes you feel like you’re on the square eating a burger. As long as you get the seat sauce on your burger you will love it just as much. If you are wondering what my most favorite burger place would be Clyde’s in Upper Michigan. Great Job Sear Shack. PS. To the people in the comments saying that it is expensive, and you could get 2 Wendy’s burgers for the same price you should rethink your life choices. You can’t compare them
