This is one of our favorite places. Their menu is small, but everything is high quality.

Probably one of the best steaks I’ve ever had. Got the Wagyu Bavette, was darn near fork tender, and the foraged mushrooms were just fabulous with the cured egg yolk. The signature cocktail “The Shambles Nut” is a must have to go with such a fine meal. I will return.

The Shambles deserves all the awards! there food is exceptional, as is the team who works there! I’ve tried a lot of Steak Tartare and strongly believe this is the best Steak Tartare in seattle.

Great place to get a well cooked steak and delicious sides such as the mushroom side I got. The steak was perfectly cooked, and tasted great as well. The one compliant I had about the steak is that it is really expensive, and am unsure if it’s worth that amount of money. While the steak was tasty, it’s not the best I’ve had and I do not think it’s worth the price. The mushrooms are tasty, well seasoned, and unique. I’d recommend this place to try!

The Shambles is one of those few places I really love rather than just like. The first time you have steak here it feels like you’ve been let in on a delightful secret.

This is one of my top 25 restaurants of all time. It doesn’t matter what you order. The homemade bread, crushed potatoes, pickled veggies, perfected peppers, delicious bread pudding, will make you have an out of body experience, and please make sure to order a steak because you owe it to yourself. It’s perfect.

Amazing meat that is always delicious but changes enough that I love to go back. The cocktail menu also rotates at a good pace. It’s a good mix of tried and true classics with some new interesting drinks to try. Easily my favorite steak restaurant in Seattle.

Amazing steaks. Simply the best I’ve had. A wide variety with changes every day and a staff that is consistently friendly, knowledgeable and enjoyable to hang out with. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a great steak experience. My wife and I have been going for the last 6 months just to try such a wide variety of steaks and develop a better appreciation. I
