I recently visited The SHED craft bar & kitchen and had an amazing experience. The restaurant has a trendy and modern atmosphere, and the staff were friendly and attentive. I ordered the Chicken and Waffle Tasting Plate, which was absolutely delicious. The waffles were perfectly crisp and fluffy, and the fried chicken was juicy and flavorful. Blueberry jam were the perfect accompaniments, and added a unique twist to the classic dish.

I ordered the al pastor fish tacos with a side of sweet potato fries and was pleasantly surprised by the quantity of food and taste for the price. I will be sure to come back and try the brisket which seems to have quite an emphasis on the menu. The service was very good as well. A great addition to Franklins restaurant selection.

Drinks are Fantastic and don’t be afraid to ask them to make a drink of their choice or custom make a drink (ask for Shannon!) They are talented behind the bar and love what they do. Found a great new spot in Franklin today. The Shed has a great vibe. The interior has a cool wood plank walls behind the bar and used as accents, with walnut table tops continuing that theme. The drinks menu came on a wooden board that was laser engraved with the bourbon menu on one side and a paper beer menu on the other. It was super inviting and comfortable.

I’m really glad we have this spot in Franklin! Great selection of tap beers and it looks like it’s getting updated. The food was delicious – I had a burger with fries and my burger was really good and not very usual with a bison patty and caramelized onions. Will definitely be back.

My family and I have been here twice and had and had top tier experiences both times. Mina D took care of us our second time and really went above and beyond to make the experience memorable, truly some of the best service I have ever had. Everything we have tried has been delicious. The flavors are interesting and new, great for anyone looking for a unique meal! Highly recommend the double dipper, butternut squash fritters, or homemade chips and dip to start. The steak gnocchi was an excellent choice for something that will warm your belly, which we tried the first time. The second trip I had a special, scallops with lemon risotto and it was incredible, the asparagus was fresh and made a wonderful match for the delicate flavors in the dish. Whipped sweet potatos make a great side. You would be making a mistake to skip desert, the special cheesecakes are worth saving room for! Excellent place for a date night!

A great new restaurant in Franklin with a nice atmosphere and a great menu. Great service. Decent prices; maybe a bit on the high side for Franklin, but decent value for what you get. The only thing that I would suggest is that they add more porters and stouts to their draft beer selections. Highly recommended!
