By far, the best burgers and chicken strips in town. They ask you what type of cheese would you like. If you want your buns toast. They make real ranch dressing and fry sauce homemade. Try it for yourself and you will agree that these are the best burgers around. Don’t forget the chicken strips and homemade ranch. Prices are the same as everyone else’s. Very good value for your dollar.

My sons claim “Short Stop Burgers are The Best in Pendleton.” I have to agree, their burgers are superb! The staff has fabulous customer service and patiently worked through our tight time schedule near closing time. Burgers & Fries were ready just as we pulled up to the convenient drive through a couple minutes after closing time. Well done guys!

They never answer their phone! Their food has gone down in quality been there a couple times in the last couple months and havnt been very pleased. Their soda has been out or at least to the point of it could have been changed instead get told its good and it taste like nothing but carbonation. Got a burger had no suace on it it was just very unsatisfying, they hand you bags of food and then still have to wait 15 mins for the rest of the order so the food that’s been sitting is now cold. The new crew really don’t seem like they take their customers very serious when tou go in and pay 70 bucks worth of food I want it like they would want theirs!

Every time we call and order food here they never pick up the phone. Their door dash timing is unreasonable being that it will take an hour to have your order ready. And when I do walk in to order they ask if I’ve called or placed an order for pickup!!! Serious lack of professionalism. Short Stop used to be so good.

Good food, but not worth the bad service from the older woman working here that I experienced today. Definitely not the best in town like these white people were all paid to say on here. Would not recommend if the behavior I saw today is continued. Very unsatisfied and unfortunate. I believe her name is Kathy, and it suits her well. Should have been named Karen, though. <3

One of the older gals, I think her name was Kathy, made very passive-aggressive comments due to me wanting to order my lunch at the drive-thru window. This isn’t the first time it’s happened. Just about every time I go through the drive-thru she always says something along the lines of “Did you call in an order? Well why not? You should’ve just came inside. Are you done ordering yet?” It took them a little longer to prepare my order but as she handed me my food I heard her say “maybe next time you’ll call ahead of time and we won’t be so long”. I was completely unsatisfied.

BEST. BURGERS IN PENDLETON. PERIOD. Also the best tasting Ranch dressing you’ll ever eat (they make it themselves). Always good food, made right, served hot and fresh. $15 feeds 2 VERY HUNGRY guys VERY well including big drinks. Awesome! Keep it up! 🙂

This is the place to go for a good burger or chicken tenders. Staff is friendly and courteous giving them kudos for that because of the way our economy is with this pandemic and no one wants to work.
