This is a great family run restaurant in Long Island Village. I enjoyed my breakfast here and would eat here again. The pancakes were my favorite. To get here, you need to go through a security gate. Let them know you see going to eat at the signature grill and they will let you in. However, getting here is half the fun. You need to cross over a moving bridge to get here. If you are lucky enough, you’ll be first in line.

Never have I felt discriminated against until I came to this “village grill” we were a party of 5 and he wanted to sit us on a small table, and told us to figure it out… although there was two tables available for us, he stated “he had another party waiting” which we were there 20 minutes before them. The other party was greeted respectfully, unlike us, we were treated very poorly. 0/10 recommend.

Went to eat breakfast 7-3-22 at round 10:30 am with friends and family we were a party of 5 and of Hispanic race. Once we walked in no one greeted us. We stood around and waited because the place was full. Another family walked in of white race and they were greeted immediately and advised they would be attended. We waited for half an hour and the staff was trying to seat the other family who arrived after us when we advised we were there first and needed a table for 5 the man told us “we only have this table for 4 so figure it out. I have that family to seat as well” ignoring us to try and seat the other white family. I’ve never felt so much racism close to home. Worst service I have ever experienced. Didn’t get the name but it was a short Hispanic older male who was working

I would rate this place 10 stars if I could. This place has amazing food and you can’t beat the prices. My youngest is an extremely picky eater but she devoured her food. It is inside a gated community so it is a little bit of a pain to get in but so worth it. The owner/ cook makes the best food and is willing to go off menu to make things that people enjoy. Whether you live in the area or you’re here on vacation you have to visit this place. They are only open for breakfast and lunch so plan accordingly. You won’t want to miss a chance to eat here. (The huevos rancheros are the best I have ever eaten.)

I have only eaten breakfast here. They have good breakfast. It is in Long Island Village so not just anyone can go here. You must be staying here or visiting someone who is. They do offer lunch and dinner on some days but I have not experienced either.

Such a wonderful place. I almost got up and helped Julio with the dishes because it felt like I went to a friend’s home for dinner. This is the first te my daughter ate ALL of her meal. No to-go boxes necessary. ❤️❤️❤️
