MILTON, DE BEST COFFEE (Near Lewes) The best coffee shop I’ve ever been to anywhere in the country. The decor is so bright and cheery, the service is beyond outstanding. Alexandra is the manager, and Baker. If you go here and don’t try the quiche, you missed the best quiche I’ve ever tasted. And the cappuccino was huge, and absolutely delicious. And second regular coffee and tea refill cups are free! The gifts for sale are extremely well chosen, I picked up the cutest sign to hang up at my home. Baked goods are beyond awesome. This place has adequate seating, not huge, but is definitely overflowing with charm. It’s worth a drive over to Milton to check out this amazing coffee shop. Hope you all enjoy.

The cafe was busy, though the owner made me feel as if I was the ONLY CUSTOMER there! She was attentive. Yes, I’d try this cafe again! Ordered the matcha latte and it was delicious. You can eat-in or take out. You might be capable to park at the front of cafe (if you find a paying spot) or park across the street or about a 4 -5 minute walk and windows browse the other shops 🙂 that’s what I did. Shop and eat Local!!

Friendly staff. We had quiche on a toasted bagel and it was delicious! The coffee and tea were excellent. We bought some scones to take with us but haven’t tried them yet. We’ll definitely be going back again.

Really mediocre food and coffee, this is basically a low quality coffee shop dressed in quirky decorations to try to attract patrons. We definitely fell for it, but won’t be back. They had a very hard time managing a line of 4 people with 2 employees and kept forgetting what people ordered. Took about 20 minutes to get two coffees and two pastries.

This place is cute the girl behind the counter was pleasant and accommodating but she was overwhelmed and cannot possibly do everything by herself, she needs help. Our table and bench seating by the window was covered in crumbs, including the floor and needed a good cleaning. Flies where everywhere around the window seat as garbage was open and right there. My latte was good, the regular drip coffee was very weak, not much to say there….. We had a muffin and a croissant, we didn’t try the pastries although they looked ok…….What we did eat was sort of supermarket level. The bagels were also mediocre as we took 2 home. They need to work on a few things or get into their groove so to speak, they are new and a welcome sight for Milton though. However, they do not make breakfast sandwiches you know like bacon, egg, cheese, etc. and so I would rather stick to the backyard for my breakfast but, hopefully they will get better in the future. For right now I would say kinda Meh!…..like a 3/10. Oh and BTW almost $17 for 2 coffees, a croissant and a muffin, I’m just saying if you are going to charge city prices, then you better deliver and they didn’t.

Stopped in for lunch. I had the meat quiche it was delicious and an ice tea unsweet and they had different liquid sweeteners to choose from. They are now uncross the street from their formal location. We parked at the bank as it was a Saturday. Love the decor! Comfy chairs for relaxing and just having a cup of coffee or tea with a friend!

Shabby chic and definitely worth stopping by if you’re in Milton! If you’re not in Milton, you should be! It’s a cool little town with a great theater, restaurants that backs up to a pond. The Suburban Farmhouse is a cozy and delicious place to hand out. I breezed in for a cool coffee drink but I hear the muffins/croissants and delicious. They just recently added a food menu and extended the hours to meet the needs of the theater goers. They offer sandwiches and other delights including baked goods. See the pictures! There are sofas for lounging but no wifi because they want you to talk to each other. Very cute. Many decor items that are unique!

Excellent new business that had excellent bakery items including: muffins, muffin tops, cruffins (croissant muffins) and crustless quiches. Large portions at a reasonable price.
