I was here over the weekend, and because I use mobility aids I was screwed. We had to block traffic on the highway so I could get out of the car as they have ZERO handicap parking (and what little parking they have is up a flight of STEEP stairs across hwy 35) then I had to be carried up the steps because there are no ramps into the establishment.

Always busy when we go, so service was pretty slow. Mom’s drink wasn’t good and my ice tea was the worst I’d ever had. But the view is awesome and everyone always has a good time. Parking is always scary, watch for patrons in the road.

OMG! Loved this place! Driven by it a hundred times and stopped in on a fluke. Gorgeous views to Flathead Lake and the mountains. Two story outdoor deck, docks and lovely indoor seating with a stone fireplace. They even have picnic tables on the water with a fire ring! Friendly staff, full bar, casino and grill. My burger and fries were delicious and so much more fun to eat in such beautiful setting.

Dining with a view! This of the beaten path gem has excellent views of flathead lake. Outdoor seating, decent beer selection and a food menu with plenty of options makes this place a great food option when staying or passing through Big Fork, MT! I had the chicken teriyaki sandwich and washed it down with a sitting duck pale ale. Both were great choices!

We recently visited The Sitting Duck on Flathead Lake. I can’t think of a better place to watch the sunset with access to the lake! The fish tacos were delicious, and the atmosphere was great for families. We had drinks on the dock and watched the boats come and go. We can’t wait to come back!

Booked a spot at the Islander Inn while on a roadtrip and decided to check out The Sitting Duck across the way. Great staff, food, and views. Ended up chatting with the new owners and they were so friendly. They mentioned wanting to make it more of a community bar and I’m just bummed I won’t be here for their karaoke or bingo nights. If we’re ever passing through again, we’ll be sure to stop.

Beautiful view of the lake on the patio however bees are also on everything. The food is not very good frozen then fried. The bartender was wonderful local beer was good.
