The tatnachos with beef brisket is amazing. The tots were still Crispy and the beef brisket added a sweet smokiness to the dish. Hands down one of my favorite nachos i have ever had.

We looked and looked for good BBQ while on our road trip, finally found this place. Our son ordered the smoked wings, and we got the pickle chips and brisket totchos. It was exactly what we were looking for. So delicious! The staff were so nice as well. Definitely recommend.

Our food was good and the service was great! We had burgers, sliders, and tenders. Their pulled pork is a little different than we’re used to, it’s sliced rather than pulled or shredded, but it was tender and had good flavor. There were lots of people when we visited and it’s fun to visit a solid local spot. Thanks for a nice lunch!

Ate at the sizzling Pickle when I was in Craig back in January 2022 with my Dad who lives in Craig. Was a fun place and great food. Owner is a very pleasant lady. Enjoyed our conversation. Definitely will visit again when I get back to Craig.
