My older sister and I visited The Skewer Bar today as we were looking for a place with food that would not sit heavy in our stomachs. We ordered beef skewers (3), shrimp skewers (3), sausage skewers (3), and a bowl of rice. All these menu items were delicious and did not have an overwhelming amount of oil or grease, which was perfect for what we had in mind to eat. The food felt clean and left us satisfied; we did not feel greasy or full compared to how we leave other restaurants after a meal. Although we did not provide feedback while there -other than the food is delicious- we gave the food more thought after and would suggest if we had the option to have a small cup of melted butter or lemons for the shrimp, it would have given the shrimp more flavor. We used the seasoning on the table for the shrimp, which provided flavor, but if we had butter or lemons, it would’ve burst with more flavor : ) ! Having the option of dipping the sausages in ketchup or mustard would also provide a delicious taste! Aside from the food, the atmosphere was alright and we imagine after the grand opening it will become more lively. The staff member was kind and patient as he attended to our table well, especially considering he was the only staff member available. Overall, the meal was appetizing and we will visit again. Thank you so much for your efforts to serve us a delicious meal and we hope the grand opening receives a lot of support!

Fantastic spot. Skewers came out hot and fast, beer showed up immediately after putting the order in. The price was reasonable. Service was perfect. There was a bit of a learning curve when it came to ordering with multiple people at the table, we found ordering on one phone to be easiest. I do recommend giving it a try.

They have a very beautiful waitress. She has done a lot of courtesy and ate very well. We ordered beef and shrimp. If it is dipped in sauce, it is more inclined to the taste of the Asian region. Generally speaking, it is good. I hope that after their trial business, we can enjoy a better experience.
