They were recommended to me by a friend. I went once last month and it was so good, I wanted to come back the next day.

Stopped in while visiting from out of town. We were a little disappointed overall. The place was hopping. The service was friendly and they had a decent beer list. They marketed themselves as a small plate place but we felt the options were limited. I had the fried fish sandwich and it was definitely mushy. The pulled pork was better. The fries were excellent. Looks like they have a small kitchen so I am sure the menu varies. Just didn’t match with us that night.

Gets busy fast here. I ordered just an appetizer item and it was good. Drinks are classic cocktails made with bitters and stuff like that. I’m usually more into fruity things but they were still good. Would definitely want to come back to try new things because it was good.

OMG ladies and gentlemen this place was amazing I love the food, it my first time having squash and it was life changing. It’s a small establishment. A nice little Hideaway on a back street in Providence. I’m glad I stumbled upon it. Service was great, drinks was amazing. I was able to see the chef to give him his props because he deserved it. The menu changes frequently so don’t wait too long.

Slow Rhode is a popular spot, and it’s easy to see why! The food is delicious, the cocktails are creative, and the service is excellent. I arrived just after opening and was seated immediately, but as my meal went on, the restaurant filled up. I can see why it’s so popular!

This is your place to come for amazing late night food and drinks. It’s a very small spot with both indoor and outdoor tables, and it seems to attract an impressively diverse crowd with a lot of industry people. Any clarified cocktail, in particular, the clarified Painkiller, is fantastic. The duck drummettes with Alabama white BBQ sauce and the polenta frites were tasty. Only one server was working, so he really had to hustle, but he did a great job.

Great food, small dishes meant to share. Southern inspired, with modern variations. Mocktails and expanded drink menu. Have come here since it’s opened and have not been disappointed. Will always come back again and again!
