Went here the first day they were open. Didn’t have quite a full menu available but that is understandable for the first day. The place was pretty full!

Loved the ribs. They had a lot of meat on them and the seasoning was great. Great flavor with needing to add more sauce. Compared to the many BBQ spots I’ve eaten in Texas they rank up theirs with the best. Great food, great value and good people. Nice job Chris and crew!!

Family friendly, family owned small restaurant in New Paris! Great food at resonable prices. So glad we have this so close to our home. Ive had the ribs, pulled pork, pulled pork nachos, cheesy potatoes, and baked beans! Everything has been amazing and service is always friendly !

Great barbeque at a good price. Sometimes it is easy to drive all over looking for good barbeque but now it is right here in our backyard. Great brisket and pulled pork along with ribs and pulled chicken. Also don’t forget smoked wing night. Outstanding barbecue nachos. Whether you are needing it by the pound or for a sit down meal this is your place. Have to go there each day they are open to try all their options.

We decided to stop and try this new bbq place, I have to say the prices were a little expensive there was no options for a dinner you have to buy meat by the pound or 1/2 slab/slab of ribs and then the sides separate so we went with a full slab of ribs for 20$ and a single side of cheesy potatoes for 3$ which was probably twice the cost of the box they came in and that was for a scoop. The ribs weren’t cut to put into the container they were torn into several pieces and the meat was quite dry… we went with the house bbq sauce which in my opinion was full of vinegar very thin and basically inedible. Unfortunately we decided within a few minutes into our meal that it would be our first and last from this place.

Great new BBQ restaurant in New Paris. Ribs, Pulled pork, shredded chicken, brats, leg quarters, and brisket. Sides include cheesy potatoes, baked beans, cole slaw, applesauce, or chips. Take out or dine in. Will definitely be back.
