What a terrible experience! Decided to eat at a chain restaurant because of SXSW crowds everywhere else. Big mistake. Host was rude from the start. They were seating parties of 6 that came in before parties of two first because the place has no organization whatsoever. Worst dining experience of SXSW. We walked out before they had a chance to take our order. Will never eat here again. This place needs new management (when I asked for a manager there was not one present) and needs to bring in someone to teach some common customer service.
