My husband and I had a private reception at the Sparkling’s and absolutely loved it. We invited about 50 guests and stayed from 6:00 pm until midnight. The pricing is every reasonable especially considering the cost for most banquet halls in the city. We were able to bring in a DJ and have space for a dance floor. The food was great and communication with the owner was great as well. The staff did an amazing job at ensuring everyone at the event enjoyed themselves. I would definitely recommend The Sparkling’s if you’re looking for a reception or party in a pretty atmosphere.

It’s not what they offer. The pictures and their descriptions and their pictures, are bigger than on the plate. And very different. Where is the cubed cheese? Why was all the cheese stuck together? And I’ve called them, have not heard back. It’s really sad that I paid this much for cheese and grapes. And they could not even get it close to what they are selling.

I’ve been here a few times over the past few years. Weirdly enough I’m a fan of their lighting, it’s dim enough to be intimate but bright enough to see everything well. Their food has always been good and well priced. Always been good service. They did add some retainer wall into the middle of the room that I don’t like, it adds more privacy but changes the vibe for me.

I visited in Vegas and wanted to try out some of the local restaurants. And I finally found this place and it was a BOMB. You should try out ‘Seafood pasta’. This is a spicy pasta and I have never seen this taste of pasta around my area (CA). It was so so so so delicious!!!!All staffs are very friendly and kind. The interior of the restaurant is beautiful and makes me peaceful.

The bartender really seems to be enjoying his job and is very attentive. The place has an intimate feel to it and is a great place for tapas. I’ve tried so many of their dishes and there was not one that I did not like. The beef sliders are a must-try, and so are the grilled baby octopus, tuna tartare, and truffle fries. The only reason I would probably take a star off would be because when this place gets busy, you can notice how short-staffed they are, hence, service isn’t as quick and efficient as the establishment would want.

Small portions and poor service. I had a “bowl” of lobster bisque for $12 but the bowl was smaller than a cup in most restaurants. In fact, someone else ordered chicken noodle soup and they received a significantly larger bowl. I also ordered a burger, but it honestly looked like a “whopper” from Burger King. As for the taste of the food, everything was delicious, just very small portions for the price. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Really great food. High quality everything. Great selection of whiskey and mixed drinks. Not to fancy of a place. A lot of people in casual clothes. Food is not expensive (depending what you get) pastas around same price you would see on places like Olive garden. But way better. For an appetizer I recommend “Queso Fundido” delicious melted cheese. Really no complaints, nice settle restaurant.

Horrible customer service… not once were we asked if we needed refills for our drinks. It took the waitress 50 mins to bring sugar to the table after being asked multiple times. We were told we could split the check with up to four cards, then later told we couldn’t do it by the same damn person who said we could. It was an unwelcoming atmosphere. It was crazy to seat and watch the waitress be so attentive to the other parties and completely disregard ours. She definitely didn’t deserve the tip that was included in the bill and that’s exactly she lied about splitting between two cards. A big bill for very poor and unwelcoming customer service.

We made a reservation a couple weeks ago for Mother’s Day since our mom really wanted to try Sparklings & we have family coming into town. Our reservation was confirmed and ready to go, yesterday we had to call to add a person to the reservation to find out they didn’t see any reservation for our party. The man said there was no reservation made for us (he was the one who originally booked it) stating it would be impossible for a 10:30 am reservation because the restaurant doesn’t open until noon. We spoke with the manager, due to the error who did find our reservation set for noon. Unfortunately, this time doesn’t work as we have family coming who also work in the industry and have to be at their respective jobs. We’ve attempted to contact many other restaurants who are all booked due to the short notice. It’s super unprofessional how Sparklings took a reservation for a time that isn’t in operating hours, then claimed we didn’t have one and then tells us it is for noon. Own up to the mistakes of your employees, it happens. You could have called us to notify of the error so we could have sufficient time to find another place to accommodate us, but now we are left to search last minute. There were other ways to handle this mix up and we would have been understanding if Sparklings had actually communicated with us.
