We were dreaming of burgers and fries while hiking Ragged Mountain. After a quick Google we headed to The Spot and The Spot made all our burger and fry dreams come true. Great smash burgers and fries. Also loved the cole slaw and bang bang sauce. Nice outdoor area that we enjoyed with our pup. If we didn’t live in MA we’d be back here all the time. Highly recommend.

Great spot for a filling burger and fries at a reasonable price. They do have a vegetarian option as well as gluten free possibilities. Small menu keeps things simple. I had the burger salad which was exactly what it sounds like – burgers on top of mixed greens. The greens were crispy, the burger was tasty and I was overall satisfied. Would love a gluten free bun choice, but recognize good ones are hard to find and there probably aren’t enough people that ask.

Burgers were pretty good. Onion rings and ice cream are recommended. Disappointed in the grilled veggie salad. It didn’t look like the photos. There wasn’t any avocado or eggplant like their website showed, so that was disappointing. It was just slimy mushrooms, a couple slices of over cooked peppers and onions.

We need to try The Spot again to see how consistent it is. On our first visit, we had a hamburger and the lobster salad,and both were fine. We’re thrilled that there’s a place on route 17 that offers good food, and we’re rooting for them!

Finally stopped in 8/25 after driving by to go to our favorite locations in the area! Super pumped as it is always busy and looks well-kept! Well enough for me… till I got there rainy day not busy 4 people and all were standing around sitting on the floor reading meanwhile 30 minutes later we requested a refund. They were offended, well we had waited then received a horrible attitude cashier tried telling us she was working the line meanwhile we can see her leaning and on her phone. 1. Don’t lie 2. If customers are waiting show a sense of care and put them first. 3. Do not ever speak poorly to your customer because they will leave a review and let people know.

I’ve had a burger, hot dog, fries, and onion rings frome here… all excellent! Nice quiet chill spot to sit and eat….. Things don’t seem to stick around long in this spot… hopefully this does, very good food!
