We had hot chicken wings and the fancy hamburger pretzel bread for bun. It was good and wings was ok. What I really like is the view. They had roll up doors to show a giant unrestricted access to outside deck. Unfortunately it was raining. The inside kinda roomy had pool table darts great sounding music system. Bathrooms clean. Parking and easy access for wheel chairs.

This is a good place to dine with family or friends. We arrived for diner and we’re seated right away. The drink orders arrived quickly. The food orders were delayed. But the waitresses was nice and kept us updated.

The place has a really cool vibe and is beautifully decorated, with a great location and lots of parking. The owner was there, greeting customers and was very pleasant to talk to. We sat at the bar. The chairs were the most comfortable bar chairs ever. I just wish they had put hooks below the counter to hook our purses onto. I have a little purse hook that I can put on a regular table, but the bar was too thick to do that. Since I’m from Quebec, I HAD to order the poutine (where it’s from). The fries were amazing (not soggy at all). The fried cheese bites were yummy. I just didn’t like the sauce they used at all: 1) It’s not a poutine gravy 2) It didn’t taste good. For my meal, I ordered the chicken caprese. It was incredible (moist, juicy grilled chicken, fresh grilled veggies). My husband had the Mexican burger and was disappointed. It was OK, but nothing to brag about. We do want to go back and try different food.

Food is very good and we will return again soon! I loved their take on a cuban. Pretzels were great. The burger stellar. The poutine was just okay and had very little gravy. It was like they were running low and were rationing the gravy out with every order. It was still tasty, just dry and not what you expect with poutine.

Such a good experience was there twice in a week. Burgers are very good. Steak salad was light on fries. Everything ordered on both visits by all parties though was delicious. Great location and nice atmosphere. Friendly staff with good, timely service.

Just picked up take out for my son,daughter and myself. My daughter got Bridgewater grilled chicken wrap,my son got the Italian Grinder and I got the Standard Burger. The food was delicious. And those hand cut season fries was good as well. My burger was Black Angus and the pickles tasted homemade. I definitely will go back!

Went on a Monday for a late lunch. There were maybe 10 people total in the restaurant. We stood at the servers table for a good 5 mins. At least 4 employees looked directly at as and then continued doing whatever they were doing with the “that’s not my job” look on their face. Had a manger been anywhere near the floor and awake they would have been applied, but shocker, no manager anywhere. We least and next door to Kelly’s and I can’t recommend them enough as they were more than happy to greet, seat, and serve us, so they got the money. The standard has good food, nice atmosphere, but they think since they are the shiny new place on the map that’ll get them by. Good luck if you go, I won’t see you there
