I always enjoy coming to the Standard for brunch! The renovated garage is full of mechanical art, leaving you with plenty to view and enjoy. Servers are friendly and quick, cocktails are tasty. Chicken nuggets are out of this world

As a person who spent 13 yrs in the restaurant business it’s difficult to impress me with food and atmosphere. The Standard IS that restaurant. If you are familiar with the old Standard Oil service stations this place will feel familiar. The decor is amazing with old tires on a shelf above the bar; reminiscent of the old tire racks. The chandelier’s are amazing. The food TOP NOTCH, a difficult food to make is an eggs Benedict and if you want to impress me then this is the meal, HOWEVER this is not your typical Eggs Benedict this one had brisket and WAS AMAZING, very juicy great flavor, eggs where poached to perfection. Also our group ordered French Toast which is WAY better then any chain breakfast restaurant. Chicken and Waffles BETTER then Taste of Belgium. Staff was friendly overall atmosphere amazing WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK

Super cute garage-themed bar in downtown Covington. We didn’t try the food this time but the brunch menu looked good. Plenty of local beers on tap including Braxton. Easy walking from Main Strasse. There was live music going on outside, and the garage doors to the bar were open since it was nice out.

This is an old mechanic shop that has been renovated into nice dining spot. I really love the look of the place. My friend and I started off with deviled eggs they were really good the grippo flavor was an interesting add would recommend.

We really enjoyed our early dinner here. Food was good. My onion rings were thick and beer battered, my favorite. My Salmon burger was a bit mushy, but good as well. My boyfriend enjoyed his Standard burger and fries. We will forsure visit again, so I can try the Bourbon slush or the frozen coffee. Yummy! Oh, and hats off to our server, Gabe. She was amazing. The Bloody Mary was good too.

What a gem! We went here on a Sunday and had brunch. My husband got the Benedict and I got the breakfast burger. Both were melt in your mouth good. The burger was fantastic. The place is very cute and eclectic inside and outside with yard games outside. Service was excellent and fast—we will definitely be back!
