Great service and great food! We visited from out of town, it was off season when we went, but the weather was nice and you could tell they weren’t fully staffed yet. The owner sat us, he apologized numerous times for the wait, which was all of 15 minutes. He told us the history of the location and how his family has owned it since 1971. Our server was great, she made great recommendations. She was busy, but she was great. The Prime Rib was simply amazing, and the twice baked potato was phenomenal! We will definitely dining again when we come back to town!

Waitress was unsure of the food items that were served, items on the specialty menu that were pictured were incorrect and did not have the listed foods that they were advertising at all . My son’s applesauce came out hot, rotten cucumbers, (number one cause of salmonella )fishy lobster tails over boiled hard and chewy, My steak was overcooked and tough. When I ordered a king demonico there was still blue veins and gristle all through it… I specifically ordered french fries just to suck up the juice from the steak. There was no steak juice at all on the plate… Not pleased at all. I understand it’s a tourist town and most people are only going to eat there once, I felt zero pride in anything that was going on there and their food or their business..

Had a great meal, service was kind of… seemed she had an attitude, but food was really good, especially the deep fried Brussel sprouts! I ordered the deep fried seafood platter, it was great. I would definitely go here again.

Fast friendly service and good food! A steak for two was perfectly cooked and plentiful. Deep fried Brussels sprouts were a great appetizer. Regretfully we skipped dessert! We were full, with take home leftovers. Nice place!

I hardly ever do reviews. But I cannot stop thinking about how I wouldn’t want anyone else to go and spend their hard earned money here. The food is expensive yes. You expect that at a nice restaurant. You also expect food that is worth paying that price for. I have never went and spent $150 on dinner for my family of four. To then go somewhere else to get dessert because we were still hungry. $25 for a piece of dry chicken with no flavor and a side of fries. I’ll pass. We were beyond disappointed all the food was bland. Edible yes. But never ever would I pay to eat this food again. And I honestly regret not just sending it back no thanks. Go somewhere else. Do not waste your money.

First off..if you like steak..this is the place for you in lil ol, Old Forge! As soon as we walked in the door i started salivating from the aroma. Every person we interacted with was passionate about the place. It was high season so we had to wait a bit at the bar. I thought we were dealing with just a bar tender, but i found out later he was an owner. Our drinks were flawless. Before he got to making our drinks, a woman who i thought was a waitress came up and was really aggrivated because her tables drinks were not ready. (It was packed so that should be expected) My wife and i said that we were not in any hurry and to make the other drinks first. In my mind the “waitress” may have been the owners wife and she was just trying to make sure the table she was working with was happy, i may be way off here…However the bottom line here is that this place was phenomenal, and the staff is passionate about making sure thier customers are happy. If you’re a meat eater and staying in this town then you need to come here!

Service was fine, the steaks had potential if they actually used seasoning. Salt and cracked pepper can go a long way. It was cooked perfectly, just zero flavor. I’ve never needed to use so much A1 sauce. The twice baked potato was decent. Small but decent. The side salad was pitiful iceberg lettuce. The rolls though, omg some of the best rolls. But that’s not where I’m supposed to be wow’d by the food. Basically they make it seem better than it is. It would be if they used seasoning!
