My husband and I used to live across the street from stewed cow and loved it. It recently changed management, and while they said they are changing the menu in the next week, they were still trying to use the original menu. The quality of the food under new management is nothing like how it used to be. We went for brunch, loving their brunch deal for $26, and received very disappointing food. I ordered the chicken and waffles and what I received was incredibly greasy tasteless chicken with two burned freezer waffles, drenched in fake maple syrup. Thankfully the server removed it from our bill, as it was not worth the $26. My husband’s steak and eggs was nothing we couldn’t have made at home. Hopefully the new management figures it out and restores the quality of food. We were saddened by our experience as we used to love this spot.

I’ve only ever been here for brunch and it’s a great deal! The pointsettia drink is a nice change of pace from a normal mimosa and the French toast was delicious. My whole family enjoyed their meals too. Good bang for your buck!

Amazing brunch spot! Such a great deal and we did not have to wait. Brunch comes with two drinks from an extensive list of options. Coming from NYC, my mind was blown. The food was good, burger was extremely messy but tasty. I loved the oatmeal starter. Great spot for catching up with a friend since it’s not too loud.

Great bar in hoboken. Lots of screens to watch sports and good selection of drafts. They also have some tasty cocktails. They were out of the mix for the bori but tried the mango unchained and it was great. Fun place to check out if you’re in the area.

I am extremely happy with my experience at Stewed Cow! I planned a birthday brunch for a family member, and Carissa (the events coordinator) was so helpful in making the reservation and answering all questions I had. She was easy to get in contact with and so kind. On the day of the brunch, the birthday girl was stuck in traffic and an hour late to the meal. The staff at Stewed cow was so understanding and made sure we continued to have a great time. Our waiter, Jesse, was attentive and so friendly throughout the day. The food was delicious as well- everyone was happy with their meal. We brought a cake, which they kindly cut and served for us.

Great local find. Service, food and drink were great. We had the wings and loaded tator tots. It’s busy on a Saturday night but we’re able to get a table. The band were setting up as we were leaving, will definitely stay longer next time.

SUCH a good time doing the $25 brunch with friends. Amazing portions and nice drinks, too. The place is pretty and the service was amazing. Keep in mind the chicken in the chicken and waffles does have bones.
