For this city boy red neck want to be. This place was amazing! I came to a stop sign and just had to go in. The storm was just about to hit. So hey (not always for horses) why not grab a beer. CASH ONLY!!!!! Great looking menu with reasonable prices. A country setting with crescent shaped full bar. I’ve been told credit only on take out. Every one is very friendly. If I could drag my friends off the property in West Fulton, I’d come back in a heartbeat. There is a pool table and after the their grand opening they will have live music.

It’s our go-to place! The food is awesome, and we just went tonight to check out the new menu….. We were beyond satisfied!!! Usually, we take home leftovers, but tonight, there wasn’t a crumb left on our plates! If you haven’t gone in some time, you must go check it out now that new people took it over. They’re the most friendliest people we’ve come across in a while!!! The new owners are the reason we go and now with the new menu… we have even more reason to visit!

They used to have great food, but recently food and service not so great.. We usually order to go. Twice have showed up and our orders hadn’t actually been put into the computer yet, only another 30 min wait in a bar… No thanks! This time we ordered for pick up, pizza was burnt, and medium wings were nearly raw with no sauce on them… But don’t worry, they did include the two carrot slices!

Used the Stockyard to make lunches this past weekend for our Retriever dog club that was doing Hunt tests nearby. Forty lunches 2x for a total of 80 lunches at $10 each totaling $800. To say these guys ripped us off is an understatement. They appears that they used less $100 on product. The sandwiches had less then 3oz of meat, tomato ends that were food waist should never have been used in a sandwich. The brownies were cut in half, no fruit, no drink. A small bag of Lay’s potato chips were included. A few of us with food service experience figured each meal cost under $2 to make and we were charged $10. The club was embarrassed to serve these and we will not be using this place again. We will also inform other clubs that is the same training grounds our experience.

We ate an appetizer at the bar and ordered our main meals to go. When we got home we were dismayed at the appearance of the food and we were missing two of our sides. My brisket looks to be slathered in watery ketchup, I would not reccomend.

Been there before, mediocre at best. Went there yesterday got seated and no service for 10 min while employees stood behind bar. Walked out. Menue also all marked up with items blacked out with magic marker.

Note: We will update this review after our next visit. Convenient, affordable, local, and rustic. Barbecue, bar food, 10 or 12 rotating taps. This is a spot we visit after a long work week. A big sign announced it’s under new management. Our favorite waitress greeted us (a good sign). I asked if the food had changed and she responded she thought it was better (another good sign). My wife and I ordered BBQ plates (2 meats/2 sides). Sides were an improvement, but the meats were disappointing. The pulled pork was run-of-the-mill. Beef brisket was poor – tough, little bark, and tasted like someone had dumped Liquid Smoke on it. Someone needs a BBQ lesson. We’re not giving up, but not the best first impression.

Use to love it here, we would come every week. We came when there was new management & a creepy old dude in a knock off security shirt came up to our table and asked us to pay to watch a cover band while we’re already paying for dinner. Basically out of everything, soda as flat as Idaho . Rolls as hard as asphalt . Bring the old management back asap

The atmosphere is always great. Staff is always friendly. We love going to their themed DJ nights and being able to dance and have drinks. Couple of things, it takes FOREVER to get a drink at the bar. There have been nights where I waited 15 minutes or more to even have someone ask me if I needed a drink, then another 15 minutes to get it. This has happened multiple times to others as well, whether they are busy or slow. The food is also mediocre. The bathrooms are terrible and need to be updated. The doors on the bathroom stalls are so low, you can actually see the other person using it. The door lock was also broken on one of the doors. Not very private when you are trying to go. But again, we go to have a good time and we always do.
