They need to “study” on how to cook a steak. I paid $37 on a 12 Oz. Queen cut Prime rib. Menu says $16, they said that’s not the market price…. I wouldn’t have paid $10. I told them about it and they guy was cool about it but his offer was to give us another one to take home. I probably would have if I had a dog. All the other food was good.

We were a party of four old particular bitty women and we all agreed this was one of our best dining experiences ever! The vibe was wonderful, the drinks sooo good (love me a Brandy Old Fashioned and their’s was one of the best ones I’ve ever had), the meals just amazing for the price, and we had a great server running around like a chicken with her head cut off to keep us happy!!

Best restaurant in starved Rock country hands down. Not another that comes close to the quality of food or the bartenders (owners) every drink is perfect. The food is amazing. Great date night spot. No reservations (which we love) sit. Relax. Have a drink or two. Then enjoy the delicious food. Cannot recommend this place enough. Hopefully this doesn’t make it too busy cus you can find me and my wife there about every other week. Enjoy!

Always incredibly friendly, kind and professional service. I feel like I’m being welcomed by family and friends when I am here and talking with the bartender or waitresses. We are cared for with excellent cocktails and food. The specials are always spectacular, whether it’s a seafood dish or a lambchop special. The staff makes it a point to say goodbye when we left. We spent our dinner caring for our 2 month old and the staff was so supportive and kind. We can’t wait to come back! You’ll want to keep coming back to The Study.

Absolutely a great place to dine. A great place to take a special someone for a intimate quiet dinner. The staff was great and food cooked to perfection. Good wine and awesome strong cocktails. Definitely have to dine here at least once month even if it’s not a special occasion.

We were excited to try this restaurant, but had an awful experience upon walking in. We asked if a table for two was available, and the bartender snapped at us that he had “all these people” at the bar, but there didn’t appear to be anyone waiting. We left dumbfounded. Will probably not come back, even though we really wanted to try it.
