Excellent Sushi and a very plentiful Dinner Bento box for $19.99. You get rice, salad, gyoza, Tempura shrimp with veggies and two main entrees included in this price. The food was all made the way it should be and was perfect. The Sushi I ordered came with more rolls than usual. They serve good roasted brown rice tea and the ginger was white which I like best because it’s fresh without food coloring. The restaurant was clean and the wait staff were all nice.

We love this restaurant. Great food. Customer service was not good today. My husband went to pick it up. When he got there he asked to check his order as sometimes a salad or soup is missing. The lady at the register said he should check it in his car. Very rude. It only takes a minute. There was hardly any salad too. That was disappointing. The tuna roll was very small. I’m not sure what’s going on. I hope it gets better. We’ve been going there for over 5 years. In the photo the tuna roll barely shows any rice.

The food is delicious, but the service is less than mediocre. The hostess had less than 4 tables filled in the entire restaurant and still scoffed at us saying “are you ready?”. The waitress/hostess brought us one small bowl of wasabi and ginger for 3 people, and then before we finished our dinner, they were trying to take our plates. We come here because it’s close to home, but I’d rather drive 30 minutes for better service.

I was very impressed with The Sushi. I had the basic California roll. It was so fresh and delicious. I ordered the lunch special with the Chicken Teriyaki. Very tasty as well. The atmosphere is nice with televisions above around a sushi bar. The service was great as my waitress was very accommodating. The restaurant was very clean and I will be coming back soon.

The food is good. Having said that yesterday I placed an order on the phone: two sushi plates with three different rolls. Not more than 3 minutes after hanging up I got a call back from them telling me my order was ready to be picked up. There’s no way in the world that they could have prepared my order in that amount of time. They must have had items already prepared. This is unacceptable. Orders should always be prepared fresh. To make matters worse when I got there I asked the girl to please check everything for order accuracy because in the past they have gotten things wrong. She looked at me with a straight face and told me I could check it myself in my car. Really?!? She was extremely rude. I shot back at her, “no, you will check it right here right now”. On top of all this the salads were practically non-existant and the pieces of sushi along with the roll pieces were extremely small with little to no rice around the fish. The pieces of sushi were also noticeably smaller than in the past. To me this is an obvious attempt to give less food for ever increasing prices. The Sushi has been in decline and this is a sad symptom of bad business. They will never get my money ever again.

Food was good. Chicken Katsu was a little disappointing though. Chicken was overcooked. The cucumber salad was excellent and my California rolls were pretty good as well. Service was good, friendly wait staff. Prices are reasonable.

Love the food, but service was mediocre. Ordered everything at once. By the time my husband’s 2 rolls game (which one was a small one wrapped in cucumber & the other the rolly rice bowl), everyone else had been finished eating by 20 minutes. When we asked about it they said they would check on it. 5 minutes after that they said they’re working on it now and then he received it about 7 minutes after that. He was ready to just cancel it and leave, it was beyond ridiculous. Will think twice before deciding to dine in here again. It was a LENGTHY wait when everything but those 2 items came out quickly. I have to believe they forgot or didn’t see the order. We got the back of house dishes together, 2 rolls together, and another 2 rolls together. To then have to wait that length of time for the last 2 was crazy. No apologies for the wait either!! Simple customer service goes a long way, but they don’t care here!

We tried 4 sushi rolls for take out. We tried the Caterpillar, Lisa Lisa, Shrimp Lovers and the Crazy Horse rolls. Ther were all delicious and the perfect balance. Not too much rice, just the right amount of fillings and held together nicely.

There are only a few sushi bars in Las Vegas with truly fresh fish and this is one of them. They will also make you fresh wasabi if you ask. I try to go to The Sushi whenever I’m on their side of town. Usually the service is pretty good. If the waitress is inattentive (as was this last time) the owner is on top of things. Atmosphere is pleasant, with lots of dark toned wood. The real magic here is the food.
