What a sensational sushi surprise! The salmon was so fresh and delicious, it is the best I have ever eaten. The Miso soup was sublime, the flavor tasted authentic and I didn’t need to add anything. What a treat to dine there tonight on my birthday and find my old culinary buddy from 15ish years ago to be the owner! I’ve lived in Blairsville 19 years and have driven all the way to Atlanta for good sushi, but not anymore – because we have the BEST sushi right here local. I can’t wait to sample the entire menu. Way to go Amber, I’m proud of you girl❣️

Wow! If you want excellent, fresh, delicious sushi and friendly faces serving you, this your place. Absolutely love this place. I went a few years back, wasn’t impressed all that much but ever since the new owners took over a year or so ago it has improved tremendously! My family and I are even on first name basis with the staff! Thank you Ambur, Greg, and team for always making our sushi night fantastic!

This is the new hot spot for sushi. They use fresh ingredients, spare no expense for the quality of their craft. I bought a soft she’ll roll to go. Went outside, took a bite. Went back and ordered another one. Delicious. Service with a smile, and they appreciate our veterans with a generous discount. Others could and should follow their lead.
